• Shannon (1/5): - I was not impressed. They offered one bedroom with a pull out couch but didnt mention there were three other rooms being rented at the same time. It was dirty and messy. False advertising.

• Salman (1/5): Very unpleasant experience - Never ever gonna stay. Didn’t clean up and drawer had durex stuff and the bin was stinking with wipes and tissues, carpet was untidy and messy toilet. Spring mattress was too uncomfortable and bedding was super dirty with hairs under the pillows Cleanliness and uncomfortable bedding

• Barbara (7/5): It was helpful to have a place close to our appointments. Adequate but not eager to return. . - Close to our appointments. Host was pleasant. Parking provided. Price was ok. Common areas of bathroom and kitchen were not as clean as we'd have liked. Stovetop needed a serious cleaning. People didn't put away dishes after using them. Left them in dish rack, etc. Also people left towels and clothes in the bathroom rather than removing them to make space for the next guests to use them. No clean kitchen tea towels. .
• Christine (1/5): Awful will never return - Nothing This place was filthy there was dirty dishes in the sink. Used soap and mouth wash in the bathroom. Tile was ducktaped to the ceiling in the shower and not to mention you probably want to wear shoes in it as it looked to never been cleaned. There were notes tape up all over the place to say out of order fridge, dont use to much toilet paper dont use these cabinets that had red tape on them to keep closed. Slippers left at the bathroom door which were other people's as well as at the laundry. Note on laundry to say 10 dollars a load which was not stated paid laundry in ad online , no wifi code but a tv in room for what reason if you couldn't watch it . Room code that anyone could have litterly guessed. The code to the room wasnt even sent before arriving had to knock on door and wait for someone to finally call me. They were noisy in the house above and into the late night. The yard was over grown and unkept. Out of the whole community this house was a mess and they are making money with a business running in it. SAD the least you could do is make sure its tidy and clean. I recommend save your money and go else where as this place is a 💯 dump. Oh there was also video cameras up in the commen areas watching you very strange and a creepy guy living there that comes out everytime you go out. The heating system was up and down like a yoyo as well one minute cold in the room and next hot as hell . The carpets in the room also was old as the hills and dont think seen a vacuum. Sad to say there was nothing nice about this place at all. Sorry I never got any photos of this place as I was just disgusted and didnt even think.

• Sabahat (10/5): I will be coming back to this location, next time I have work in Mississauga. - I am a returning customer of this property and this is my preferred and recommended location. I always found the room to be neatly made, its always clean, I love the new addition of room refrigerator. Its a new addition and it was very convenient and I could place my leftover dinner in. Washroom was also clean, even though it is shared.
• Hasan (1/5): I can’t believe how booking.com allow them - Nothing Review/Complaint Draft First of all, your listing should clearly state that while parking is free, guests are required to park at the corner of the space upon arrival. The room itself was acceptable, but a bad smell was present, which made the stay uncomfortable. The toilet seat was broken, and when I tried to use it, I nearly slipped — this could have caused an accident. It’s something that costs very little to fix (around $14 in stores), but it’s extremely important for guest safety. Additionally, the kitchen was taped off with red tape, meaning it was not available for use. However, your listing advertises that kitchen facilities are included. This is misleading — if only the room and washroom are available at this price, it should be stated clearly on the booking.com listing. Lastly, the door handle to my room was not working properly, which caused worry every time I went in and out. Overall, the condition and facilities did not match what was advertised, and I am disappointed with this stay.

• Eman (1/5): Cheater owner - The description was nice on the net The owner is a cheater. He lets you book, and if you want to add a bed, he will charge you a lot. When I discovered that the property is a basement and has 4 rooms to rent, each one separately I canceled at the day of free cancellation period BUT he didn't respond until I pass, So he deducted the fees. I explained the customer service, but they didn't do anything.

• David (5/5): - Fairly quiet sleep, decent bed. TV Streaming/Route not working. Was blocked in by white car in the morning. Tried calling and ringing buzzer at 800am, no one awake. Had to slowly inch way o er neighbour's driveway, not a good situation. Feel bad for neighbour.

• Pearo (7/5): A kind host and a comfortable sleep. - The room was private. The bed so comfortable I'm considering trading mine in on warranty and buying the same one for myself. The host was enthusiastic about being a host and quick to address any issues. I think he is still working out the kinks and figuring out exactly how he should run things. Don't expect anything other than a comfortable and private place to sleep and you will be satisfied. The internet didn't work. The fridge didn't work. BUT our host gave us a small bar fridge for our room which solved the problem. As for the internet... We were a bit disappointed we couldn't relax to some tv. But this area of Mississauga is notorious for bad service so it is not likely the fault of our host. We had our phones and got a signal in the basement so it worked out

• M.J.A (5/5): - The staff members were great. The layout of the facility is perfect. Parking was available. The carpet, floors, bathroom mirror, faucet, underneath toilet seat, and kitchen utensils were dirty to my standards. The refrigerator didn't work. The bed Squeaks a lot.

• Sabahat (10/5): I have bookmarked the location for potential future visits. - Loved the location of the Guest House. It is close to HWY 403 and two major malls. Ridgway Plaza is on walking distance and its a heaven for food lovers. Similarly Erin Mills Town Center is also on a 5 minute drive, where my meeting was. I will surely will be coming back to this Guest house. The room was clean and quiet. They had complimentary coffee makers, which I enjoyed before leaving for my meeting. Thank you for a warm stay at a chilly night.

• Micheline (3/5): Not very happy !! - The gentleman that opened the door for me was very friendly and kind The fact that the rug was dirty it needed to be vacuumed badly, the bed was very noise every time you moved it cracked and the sheet had a little stain on it. I stayed maybe 20mins and couldn’t take it I never once took off my sweater I left and made the 2 hour drive back home. After a long day of work and drove back in the morning to work. I am very disappointed… the location was nice..

• Wale (2/5): Very poor - The location was accessible and close to a shopping area. The room did not look anything like described. There is a bathroom shared by 4 rooms. While the price was comparatively low, it is not a place for anyone who is ready to pay for comfort. I paid for 3 nights and left after the first night without collecting any refund.

• Hartmut (3/5): Sorry to say, but not again - We spend just one night there, the late acess was ok. The room was announced as an entire, seperate appartment. We found a room in the basement of a house under construction which was a already occupied by other people. The living room, the kitchen and the bathroom are shared rooms and not clean. We didnt feel very safe because of the unexpected occupants. A credit card was not accepted and we had only USD. At the end the price was 90 US Dollar instaed of 90 CAN Dollar, that means 10 Dollar more than offered.

Its ok if you are ok with noise - very nice owner noisy, its a basement of the owners house. walking and talking very noticeable from upstairs, especially at 2am when i was trying to sleep and have to get up again in the morning for work. listing says laundry facilities which were not present. Great price though
