• David (1/5): Para no volver - Nada, apartamento horrible. Muy sucio, puso 2 toallas viejas, para 3 personas. No había WiFi, no puso champú, ni jabón de manos, las sábanas parecían sucias, igual que las 2 toallas. Booking no puede ofrecer ese apartamento. Vergonzoso. Las fotos no tienen nada que ver con la realidad.

• ANDRIARILALA (5/5): Séjour correct dans l’ensemble, avec des points positifs comme l’emplacement et le confort, mais aussi quelques aspects - L’établissement est facilement accessible, idéalement situé à proximité de la gare, des restaurants et des commerces. Les indications fournies (notamment le code d’accès) sont claires. Le logement convient bien pour 3 à 4 personnes grâce au lit et au canapé-lit. Le lit est confortable. La propreté est perfectible (notamment sous le lit, sur les murs et dans les coins de la chambre). Le logement est assez bruyant, avec des nuisances sonores tôt le matin et tard le soir dues au passage des trains à proximité. L’appartement est un peu vieillissant, en particulier la douche. L’ascenseur fonctionne de manière aléatoire : il faut parfois appuyer sur le 3 puis sur le 0 pour descendre au rez-de-chaussée, sinon il ne répond pas, même si la montée ne pose pas de problème.

• Maria (1/5): La peor experiencia de mi vida - Nada Esta persona, muestra fotos de un apartamento que no es el que te da cuando llegas. Al llegar nos mandó hacia otra ubicación distinta que no era la correspondiente y una vez pudimos entrar todo era un desastre… Una cama sobre un andamio que parecía que iba a caerse en cualquier momento,moho por las paredes ,una bolsa con sábanas y toallas tostada en el suelo ,un colchón pequeño y sucio al otro lado de la sala ,no había calefacción…y que decir del aseo, nos dejó una pastilla de jabón usaba en la ducha y eso era todo lo que había… Al encontrarnos en tal situación le mandamos mensajes los cuales ignoraba y lo llamamos por teléfono para que solucionara todo ese desastre y nos colgaba las llamadas…tuvimos que pasar toda la noche despiertos por el frío y buscando otro alojamiento de última hora en el que rehubicarnos de última hora al día siguiente. Penoso ,esta persona se dedica a engañar a la gente y les estropea las vacaciones.
• Dania (3/5): non lo consiglierei - Una cosa positiva penso sia la posizione, molto centrale, e facilmente arrivabile con i mezzi. Innanzitutto abbiamo trovato l’appartamento molto sporco, il bagno soprattutto sia la doccia che i servizi igienici , e la porta (c’era un qualcosa di marrone incrostato…) . In più le tapparelle non funzionano e quindi entra tutta la luce la mattina, e si sente il rumore dei treni, ma è normale vista la posizione. Il lavandino del bagno era quasi inutilizzabile perché lo scarico ha qualche problema, e il bidet non è fissato al pavimento.

El baño está pintado de negro con lo cual lo hace más oscuro aún. No tiene parking y por la zona es difícil aparcar.

L'appartamento era sporco,capelli nelle lenzuola,sigarette dentro il comodino,lenzuola con evidenti macchie di sporco,freddo,la caldaia perdeva acqua. Fino a quando una signora la mattina dopo prova ad aprire la porta con la chiave che aveva.(funzionante) Aveva una prenotazione. Ho lasciato l'appartamento 10 Min dopo. Esperienza davvero assurda.

• messous (5/5): Pour dormir uniquement, l’appartement est correcte mais sans plus. - L’appartement est muni de sèche cheveux. On a trouvé l’appartement est assez bien situé, l’emplacement est proche des transports en communs. La salle de bain très mal entretenue, il n’y avait pas de savon. l’eau chaude n’est présente que quelques minutes. Le chauffage ne chauffe pas toute la chambre. Les draps dépareillés et pas très propre. Le lit très inconfortable. Le wifi ne marchait pas et lorsque jai contacté l’établissement je n’ai reçu aucune réponse. Le volet de la fenêtre ne se ferme pas et le rideau fait rentrer la lumière le matin.

There is a bad smell in bathroom that didn’t go away with air freshener. The kitchen is very dirty. No microwave. No dish soap. The bed is very uncomfortable and the bed sheets smelled bad. The floor are very dirty. I felt very uncomfortable and felt like hell to stay 3 nights in the small apartment

Mieszkanie tragedia. Odpada tynk, ściany brudne, na podłodze i w całym lokalu niea ani jednej kafelki. Podłoga pomalowana czarna farbą tak jak prysznic. Farba odpada. Brak mikrofalówki. Pokój gorszy niż dla robotników. Okno nieszczelne i całą noc słychać pociagi. Nie polecam nikomu.

O facto de a tinta do chão da casa de banho estar a sair, o cheiro do apartamento apesar de estar aparentemente limpo, lençóis feios e cheios de estampa, o ar condicionado não trabalhava (ficamos de 13 a 15 de Agosto) o ar condicionado era importante tendo em conta o calor insuportável que estava a fazer

It’s totally dusty and dirty, not clean at all, had no water or tea as they mentioned they would have as it is a bed and breakfast. They have no washroom soap or kitchen stuff, nothing at all, not even WiFi. I called them to say this is not what I booked they never answered my call. The bed was smelly and used and the blanket was extremely smelly and so dirty that it was dark. They never show up, never answer calls, they felt the key on the broken window. It’s got an upper part like loft but it can’t be called a loft cause it’s tiny and they have a small bed up there and it’s totally unsafe and you risk falling from also they lied about the air conditioner they don’t have it Nothing, it’s dirty, dusty, smelly, no toilet stuff, no kitchen stuff, no WiFi, no air conditioning, no water nothing of what they say on booking app

• Nelida (9/5): Cosy stay near Milano centrale - The location. It's less than 10 minutes from Milano centrale. Metro and Tram stop are also very close. Heating and hot water (shower) worked perfectly day and night. The space is fair for 3 people. Lots of restaurants around, Asian and Italian food. There's an Aldi very close and at least 2 minimarkets. We called the host as soon we arrived at the flat and in 5 minutes he came to give us instructions. We slept without any problems even though we were close to the station. The apartment had everything to cook and wash your stuff, very happy about it. I am sure we'll be back. There were towels only for 2 people. It was the same as the coffee mugs. I think that to leave a toilet paper roll is a must, when you're spending the weekend. Supermarkets around only sell 4 ROLLS! The bathroom needs some decoration, though it works perfectly.

The cleaning lady said she need at least two hours to clean the room so we are forced to stay outside until 16h30, the property don’t even give us any apologies. 2. On the booking.com it says they can speak italien and English but when I contact them, they only reply me in italien, they don’t even try to use google translate to answer my messages. 3. On the booking.com it says there is heater but actually it doesn’t work at all, the room was really freezing that night . 4. The WiFi doesn’t work, I contacted to the property, and they told me “Edoardo” will come over but they didn’t mention who is he and didn’t say what time will he come. Specifically we were girls so we definitely won’t open the door for a man that is a stranger.

Collecting the property keys on arrival was a bit challenging, as the host wanted us to wait a little to give us the information and I had to insist to obtain the information at the time we arrived, even though it was within the time for check-in and he had been informed we would arrived at that time. For some reason, the host was communicating with me in Italian, even though I was messaging him in English and then I learned he was Brazilian just like me, so, he could have been talking to me in PT the whole time, as he should've known I was Brazilian, based on my reservation information.
