• Cameryn (9/5): Would recommend ! - The property was in the best possible area!! It was very pretty and the balcony was amazing. Perfect for groups of 2 -6. I loved my stay here and it was very spacious The place could use some regular maintenance work and more deep cleaning. I was able to clean myself a bit and make it cozy. Would still stay here again!

• Catherine (9/5): Très bel appartement bien situé avec vue incroyable - Très bel emplacement, appartement moderne et spacieux, vue incroyable 1 seul jeu de clé et badge pour l’ascenseur, pas très pratique à plusieurs si quelqu’un sort faire une course et les autres veulent aller à la piscine car il faut badger pour prendre l’ascenceur. Pas de bouchon dans la baignoire.

• Luis Damian (1/5): “Very bad experience, I wouldn’t come back.” - The only things I liked about the property were its convenient location and the fact that it had parking. The only things I liked about the property were its convenient location and the fact that it had parking. However, the rest of the experience was quite disappointing. The washing machine didn’t work, which was very inconvenient. Getting into the property was also difficult from the start. Most concerning was that someone tried to enter the apartment while I was staying there, which made me feel completely unsafe. I also felt mistreated by the hosts, who were not welcoming. Another major issue was that they only provided one physical key, which was required even to use the elevator. This made it extremely difficult to go out independently with another guest, since returning to the apartment separately was nearly impossible. This was not the experience I expected, and I definitely wouldn’t call it “luxury.”

• Rankica (7/5): Good - The location was great as well as the view from the apartment. Apartment was nice and it has free parking. When we arrived around midnight with two children, we were informed at the reception desk that we were not registered for the property and therefore could not be allowed to get in. Despite presenting the payment confirmation, the reservation confirmation from the booking platform, and an email from the property owner containing instructions about the keys, Wi-Fi access, and other details, we were told this was not sufficient for check-in. The receptionist insisted that the owners had not completed the required registration process, and none of the documentation we provided - including emails showing that all necessary registration details had been submitted well in advance - was taken into consideration. If we had not managed to reach the owner after nearly an hour, we would have been denied entry, despite having clear proof of payment, reservation, and compliance with all registration requirements.

• Phil (9/5): Had a lovely short stay here in central Brickell. Great views, cool apartment, super convenient and well looked after by - Great location and good service from the team. Nothing. Maybe the lift was a bit busy at times but didn’t really bother me.

• Crystal (8/5): I highly reccomend this great location with free parking. - The host responded to our texts very quickly. Once we received the invitation for the August app we were able to gain entry into the unit which was very clean and just as described. We attempted to respond to the emails sent by booking.com as requested only to have them kicked back as undeliverable. There was only one key (that didn't actually work in the door) and one fob for elevator access.
