- Higley (3/5): - Location was good, easy to check in and out The walls are paper-thin, so you can hear neighbours watching TV and so on. By far the worst part, though, was that the window blinds in my apartment did not work properly, which made it very difficult to sleep. There is also an office building across the street that operates through the night, so I had floodlights shining directly into my room. I eventually got one of the blinds to work but one of the windows were missing them completely.
