Disappointed parking facilities were not properly described in initial booking details ie not secure parking for our vehicle. Parking was only offered on nature strip in front of the property. Also no window coverings in main living area.

The fittings and furniture were all of high quality and looking great. Beautiful, quality bedding as well. I could not stop trying to imagine what the original cottage would have been like. I love interior decorating and could not have done it better myself. Felt sad to leave, and certainly would go back to this property if ever I would visit Warrnambool again. Very highly recommended! Nothing at all.
• Steven (9/5): Top banana! - Location excellent, very quiet and walkable to the coast. Everything about the place felt brand new, I thought we might've been the first to use it??? The place was super-light filled and the private yard very welcome. Facilities were great all round, especially the small selection of kid's toys. The beds were super comfy, and the showers were good too. There was nothing we didn't like at this place.

The hostess was lovely to deal with as well, and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out.

• Wildlife (9/5): I'll never stay anywhere else in Warrnambool - It was better than we imagined. Two queen beds. One with an ensuite and an extra bathroom (with make-up mirror). The kitchen had absolutely everything you needed and the home was well heated/cooled perfectly. The rain showers were 10/10 and the beds were also 10/10. (My two important things) Spotlessly clean and great communication from staff. A 10 minute easy walk into town for your morning coffee or brekky. 5 minute drive to Stingray Bay, which is a must if you visit. The RSL did great meals (3 minute drive). It's not a big thing ... but if you like a quiet sleep-in, you may hear some road noise on weekdays from 6am, as bedrooms are roadside. Parking is on-street. I'm an early riser, so no problem.

There were just a few small issues; we needed to request wifi (dongle), this should be available on arrival with instructions if the property is advertised as wifi available. One of the bathrooms didn't have shampoo, there were no hair driers.

Clean new fresh product with quality bathroom products and a pantry products which help make using the kitchen facilities easy. Bright and spacious Living space, cosy but not small bedrooms, great bathrooms and laundry. Front privacy fence/panel upgrade in progress - which will make it even better. Easy and free outdoor parking. Great outdoor private courtyard space. A set of table and chairs (maybe for 4) in living room as breakfast bar with 4 stools is fine for breakfast but not to enjoy a meal.
