• Abdullah (2/5): - Die Lage ist in Ordnung. Parkplätze sind knapp bemessen. Die Sauberkeit war leider sehr mangelhaft. Bei der Ausstatting des Geschirrs hat man den Eindruck gehabt das diese beim Flohmarkt besorgt wurden. Die Mikrowelle ist sehr alt . Ebenso der Kühlschrank. Es gibt ein kleines Kammer wo Sachen einfach hingeschmissen wurden. Die Eingangstüre geht nur zur Hälfte auf. Kein Lift vorhanden. Abdeckung vom Kloschüssel fehlt. Es gehört die Qualität massiv verbessert.

• Razumov (8/5): - Отличный вид из окна, близко к железнодорожной станции и озеру. Есть всё что надо для приготовления пищи, кастрюли и сковородки в достаточном количестве. Внешне чисто, но в тумбе под телевизором обнаружились чьи-то носки. А в кофемашине - заплесневелый бумажный фильтр. Входная дверь почему-то очень плохо открывалась - цеплялась за пол. Не хватает стиральной машины.
• Matleena (7/5): - Siisti ja tilavahko asunto. Sijainti kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta. Riittä varustelu Vieras vuode sijoittui niin, että huoneistoon kulku hankalaa varsinkin laukkujen kanssa. Vuode sohvan kääntö 90 astetta helpottaisi tilannetta. Ohjeistus parkkipaikasta puutteellinen ja piti kysyä tarkennuksia omistajalta. Huoneistossa ei ollut minkäänlaista ohjeistusta esim mistä jätesäiliöt löytyy tai mikä on WiFin salasana yms. Kaikki piti kysyä erikseen.Huoneisto sijaitsi ylimmässä kerroksessa ja ei hissiä. Wc-paperia ei ollut ja suurin osa kaupoista kiinni, joten paperia joutui etsimään. Sänkyjen lähettyvillä ei pistorasioita.

• László (10/5): Nagyon megéri! - Jól felszerelt apartman, csodálatos kilátással. Négy főnek éppen megfelelő méret. Volt mód sütni, főzni, ételt melegíteni - minden konyha felszerelés rendelkezésre állt. A közeli élelmiszer boltokban beszerezhető minden ami a napi kirándulások előtt, közben szükséges lehet. A negyedik emelet, a kirándulások után, lift nélkül... :-)))

• Yu (10/5): It's great place for a short vacation as long as the weather is nice. - The apartment is very clean and facilities are new. The internet is very fast. The kitchen is small but has everything we need. There is a lake view from the window, which is super. It not far away from the nearest bus stop, 5 minute by foot. It can be easily reached with public transportation. Guest card for local public transportation is included. There is a small swimming pool nearby, in case the weather is bad. The old town centre with many shops, supermarket and restaurants, and the lake can all be reached by foot. The SPA swimming centre of Kaprun can be reached by bus easily as well (but might be not available when there are too many people at bad weather). The apartment is on the 4th floor without elevator. Most of time the neighbourhood is quiet and safe. But as a tourist place you might hear music out somewhere until midnight, and you might hear drunk people being loud at midnight as well. We had bad luck that it was almost raining everyday, so we couldn't enjoy the lake too much.
