- Zoe (7/5): Great outlook to the river but won’t be booking again because of the road noise and distance to town - The access to, and view of, the river out the back. It had a great outlook from the balcony. The road noise from the bedrooms, and the walk in to Hastings street. It was just a bit too far to be doing multiple times a day with kids.

- Michael (8/5): Conveniently Located in Noosa. - Good position and within easy walking distance of Noosa Heads and beach and Noosaville river-front. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed. Convenient parking in the basement. The apartment was starting to look a bit shabby - it could do with a freshen-up. Chairs miss-matched with the table - you needed a couple of cushions to be able to sit at the right height.
Rules were extremely extensive and prescriptive and threatening additional charges if they were not followed to the letter - use of BBQ, WiFi, TV, noise, rubbish, furniture, car parking, keys, use of washing machine and dryer, lockouts, washing of bed linen, etc....... I think they could be toned down a bit.
While it did not affect us, the fact that bed linen is only changed after 10 days (and you are not permitted to wash it yourself) is a bit steep.
Rather than expecting people to pick up and drop off keys some distance away from the apartment you should look at installing key safety boxes at the property.
