• Susan (9/5): Great location, well appointed kitchen and good beds and linen - We loved this little unit, great location near beautiful beaches, have not been to Ballina before. Nice coffee places nearby, short drive to CBD, A BBQ at the unit would have been good, a smart TV for streaming, WiFi would be good. The oven racks were in need of a good clean.

• Barbmc (7/5): Home from home - Beds comfy, air-conditioned, washing machine & dryer, undercover parking, good size refrigerator, lighting, power points, great shower Location really suited us, close to family & beach Few pegs outside, & those are perished, No blind in lounge window - very bright in morning, privacy issue at night Some maintenance, in case you are not aware- bathroom fan cutting in and out which suggests electrical issue (possible fire risk) A/C cabinet outside badly rusted & noisy when vibrates. Another risk is the vehicle driveway - it goes over a drainage pipe which drops away either side; an inattentive driver could easily turn too early when reversing out into the ditch. Or someone in dark could stumble. Maybe a local govt issue.
