• Philippe (7/5): Séjour agréable en famille endroit reposant. - Appartement très bien équipé et hôte trés à l'écoute des besoins du client. Recommandé pour un séjour en famille avec BBQ et piscine disponibles. Nous étions en saison chaude et il aurait été bien que les chambres soient équipées de climatiseur. Seul le salon dispose d'un climatiseur mais cela reste insuffisant pour refroidir toutes les pièces.
• Puia (9/5): Overall an enjoyable stay - Tidy, big open lounge/rooms, washing machine & dryer, the pool Someone was doing some carpentry work so a lot of machinery noise. Only 1 fob available for use. Aircon didn’t really cool down the apartment

• Hajime (7/5): 初めてのパース - パース駅 町中には、歩いていけた。 駐車場もあり、良かったです。 スタッフの方も良心的で、良かったです。 徒歩で行ったので、チェックイン前に着き荷物を預かってくれて、助かりました! お風呂のシャワーが、圧がなくて温度調節が大変だった!バスルーム換気設備が外れかけていてシャワーをしていると外れている換気扇から雫が上から落ちてくるので気持ちわるかった。 トイレの汚物入れで、前の人の汚物が入っていて、汚かったので、私が、掃除しました! 荷物を、圧縮しようと思って掃除機を使ったら、掃除機から、納豆のようなニオイがして臭かったのでやめた。後、夜中に隣の部屋から、 洗濯機と乾燥機の音がして、眠れなかったです。あとは、ゆっくりとしました!

• Ju-peter (8/5): Will definitely go back again when in Perth - The location was excellent! Nice cafe just at the ground level of the building. A short 10min walk and there are so much choices of food and dessert. The water pressure for shower and bathroom tap can be better though..
• Carolyn (4/5): Apartment was basic, somewhat clean but disappointing given the maintenance issues and water damage in the bathroom - The property was warm. There were quite a few maintenance issues which needed to be addressed. The beds were also uncomfortable. The location is also opposite a busy police station with sirens going off all night and opposite a homeless shelter which normally would be fine but a few of the people were harassing us and trying to tail gate us to get into the building.

• Vivienne (7/5): Well equipped apartment - The apartment was very easy to access, which was good because we arrived early in the morning. It was spacious and had everything we needed, eg washing up liquid, washing pods, tea, coffee etc. There is a great bakery for breakfast next door. The parking is excellent and it is a short walk into the centre of Perth. Unfortunately, it is incredibly noisy at night. All the windows and the balcony face the road and because of the building opposite, there were lots of sirens and shouting and people hanging around. The kitchen and bathroom are also very tired and need a make over. However, the price was reasonable.
• Lau (9/5): The management agent is very responsive to our needs even during the festive seasons. The location is good, walking dist - It is cozy, very clean, shower water is strong, good location and free parking. There is only one air-con in the living room.
• Rahni (8/5): A bit over priced for the standard of the apartment - Great location ,spacious and clean Needs a good make over,only one AC,could do with fans for the bedrooms

• Shannon (10/5): Great spot - the location was great. The unit had everything we needed and more. The only thing that wasn't good was the shower head.
• Toby (7/5): Close to city - We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. The pool was lovely - albeit a bit chilly! Staff worked quickly to resolve any issues we had. The only thing I would say, was that the neighbourhood had some colourful characters who enjoyed yelling at each other in the evenings, and the police station opposite could be loud with the sirens. Never heard noise from inside the property.
