• Aneta (4/5): Wouldn’t recommend - The Location was very practical for us. Near the museums, Hyde Park, Batersea Park… The apartment is poorly equipped: apart from the partially functioning build in closet in the hallway there is NOWHERE to put your clothes or anything else. Not even a single shelve. Makes a stay of more than 1-2 nights very frustrating. The apartment is rundown: curtains are hanging on by a thread and if you want to open the night black-out curtains during the day to let some light in you are fully exposed to the street and office building outside. No privacy. The bath glass keeps on opening so that you end up flooding the floor every time you shower. The hooks in the wall are so fragile that they come out of the wall when you take your jacket. The only two hooks there are. The apartment is DIRTY! Dust, dirt everywhere. Glasses with lipstick stains. I found broken glass bellow to pull out futon my three year old was sleeping in. We rolled up the carpet immediately upon arrival as there isn’t even a vacuum or anything to clean up ourselves. See photos after having been in the apartment for 12 hours and we do not wear shoes inside.
• J. (5/5): Beside a busy road, central location. - Central location in Kensington near a metrostation, good equipped kitchen, good breakfast nearby. Beside a busy noisy road (1st stock). No blinds or glascurtains for some privacy and so you can leave the upperwindows open for ventilation. No airconditioning. Full sun on both windows in the summer which demands airconditioning. Hard mattress.

• Azeem (8/5): - Overall cleanliness, the complete kitchen utensils, and the easy access to the city centre Accommodation could get hotter in the summer. Needs more fan for both the living room and the bed room.
• Charlotte (4/5): - Fantastisk beliggenhed, men så stopper det positive. Badeværelset er decideret ulækkert, der lugter af fugt og gulvet er som en stor svamp. Ærgerligt at lejligheden ikke bliver renoveret, for den kan blive super skøn.
• De Vito (6/5): Notte da incubo a Londra - La vicinanza alla metropolitana e ai musei Il bagno era fatiscente, la seconda sera si è rotta la fontana del lavabo, c'era acqua dappertutto e non esisteva una chiave per arrestarne il flusso .Ci siamo adoperati noi nel migliore dei modi a bloccare la fuoriuscita d'acqua, dopo aver fatto quattro telefonate al pronto intervento. Il giorno dopo è arrivato un idraulico e ha sostituito la fontana che si era rotta perché vecchia e usurata. Bruttissima esperienza!!! L'alloggio nn era molto pulito.

• Deborah (7/5): We enjoyed our time. Minor issues that didn’t significantly impact us - Great location and price The shower backed up a little, the shower door kept opening and getting water on everything. I recommend putting in a toilet paper roll holder and a towel holder near the bathroom sink
• Couto (9/5): Excellent experience for a fair price - The appartment is located in an excellent area of the city, close to all the necessary amenities and to public transportation, and for a very good price. The apartment is large, and fits 3 people very confortably, even for longer stays. However, being located in an expensive neighborhood, the lower price is justified: the apartment is old, and so is the building - if this is important to you, keep that in mind. Even so, everything was perfectly in order. Every kitchen utility and bathroom equipment worked properly. The apartment was clean and so were the linens and towels. So, I recommend the accomodation thoroughly, and would stay there again. I guess the curtains in the living room aren't particularly dark, so people sleeping in the sofa bed may end up waking earlier than desired. Also, there is no central heating/cooling. In colder - or much hotter - months, things might become unconfortable - so, keep that in mind as well.

• Anita (8/5): Overall stay was good - It would be great to have more storage like cupboard/drawer etc. Also it would have been good to have hooks behind the door. Sofa cum bed was not comfortable. Location was good. Same as mentioned above
• Sydney (10/5): Exceptional - It was a great space for 3 people traveling for a long weekend in London. Its close location to the South Kensington tube station made it easy to travel across and around the city. Simple amenities but a safe and clean place to crash after busy days!
