- Mariana (3/5): Poor - Location, shower Very bad service. They gave me the wrong keys so I had to wait for someone to bring the right one to me. I had booked for 3 persons but the sofa bed was not ready and I had to sleep on the sofa. Moreover, the key for the main entrance did not work and we had to jump the fench in order to open the door. No soap in the bathroom. I think that for 230€ you can find much better service. It was a pity because the house is really nice.
- Elaine (9/5): Superb - Great location, only 15 minutes walk from the train station and most attractions are within a walking distance. The neighbourhood is quiet and there is a bus stop almost in front of the building. The apartment is recently renovated and everything is in great condition and clean. It has everything you need for a good stay such as towels, shower gel, shampoo, dishwashing and laundry detergent. The check-in process was very smooth and the hosts are responsive and friendly.

- Niran (1/5): For those who needs invoice of their stay - Try to get it immediately after your checked out. Although I order invoice soon after check out, i was told booking.com receipt will work for my purpose. The deadline to apply invoice (after two weeks) was not mentioned before. Booking.com receipt did not work for my claim to company, and when I asked for invoice again, i received deadline is over and invoice cannot be issued. I stayed there for about a week due to my own business purpose. But not getting invoice immediately after ordering it, no clear information on deadline for invoice on site or during emails made me to incur all costs of a week. Unpleasant experience.

- David (7/5): Lovely apartment but a few issues that need fixing - It was bright with a lovely bathroom, bedroom and kitchen. Balcony was a bonus and the AC was effective There were a few issues on arrival with mosquitos in the apartment, floor dirty and WiFi not connected(was resolved). Also the washing machine door would not close, and one shutter would not work. Neither of these problems were resolved.
