• Caroline (9/5): Fabulous location and very clean . Would certainly recommend it to friends - Great situation. Close to a wonderful market,super markets, shops and restaurants. Was disappointed there were no kitchen knives and a chopping board to cut up a pineapple, bread, etc. Otherwise, the kitchen was well equipped. Also was disappointed that the doors onto the balcony had to be repaired on our first evening and two of us were unable to venture out for a meal.

• Lorella (9/5): Appartamento molto comodo per 6 persone in una buona posizione - Bell’appartamento, comodo per 6 persone, in una posizione comoda per gli spostamenti. Non mancava niente. L’accesso è stato facile. Si sentivano dei rumori dal cavedio dove affacciava la finestra.
• Laurence (9/5): - Très bon séjour dans cet établissement. Il est très bien situé. Proximité des commerces. Nous nous sommes déplacés principalement à pied (casa de Gaudí, Rambla, marché, Sagrada …). Le logement est très bien équipé. Sans nul doute si nous avions encore besoin de revenir, nous choisirions les yeux fermés cet établissement.

• Emil (10/5): Great location and value - Well , the apartment has a good layout, and the terrace is an amazing asset . The baths are two and give an advantage when you are traveling with a group. We found most of the utilities, and we recommend very high The sliding door to the terrace is a little bit hard to open but manageable
• INESA (10/5): We were family of 7. The accommodation was spacious, beautiful and clean. The terrace was amazing to relax after the hot - Spacious, super clean, air conditioned, beautiful terrace, kitchen had everything we needed, even spices, oil …. N/A
• Adelina (8/5): Nice place with very poor sound isolation - The apartment is spacious with all the necessary facilities. Nothing exceptional for the money you pay. The big downside was that one of the rooms had a window to the building staircase, and even when it’s closed, you hear everyone entering and leaving the building very clearly. Also, although booking has specifically mentioned the price of the listing and the price after the city tax, we had to pay the city tax on top of the total (so kinda twice?)

• Matthew (9/5): Great stay with a group of friends in a great apartment with everything we needed - Great location with many local restaurants, cafes, and bars, but a relaxed local vibe but still an easy walk into the hustle and bustle of areas like La Rambla
• Rowena (8/5): Our stay was nice. - It was nice. Beds comfortable. Clean. Accommodated all of us. There were two full bathrooms. The back sliding door did not lock. Only one towel per guest available. No extra linens/blankets or towels.
• Isabela (8/5): I recommend that apartment for couples, family and friends. Perfect location! - The location is amazing, the cleanliness as well. This apartment has some noise issues and the soundproofing between units isn't very effective.
• Ryan (8/5): Overall, acceptable say. - Good spot to be based in Barcelona. Supermarket and local market directly across road very convenient. Beds were too soft. One leans outwards so could look at being replaced.

• Helena (9/5): Superb - Apartment had all the space we needed. Great location. Supermarket directly opposite. Outdoor space was a great bonus. Walls very thin between bedroom off living room and next apartment. Sleep interrupted by man next door on phone or watching TV until 2am/3am most nights. Last 2 nights we had a family/families with young children above us and the noise was really bad - children running up and down screaming and shouting early and late. Very little soundproofing. There is also a lack of natural light in almost all of the rooms which might bother some but we were out most of the time so not a problem for us.
