Beide Städte sind in 30 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und die Eigentümer sehr freundlich.
• Ralf (9/5): Gemütliches Appartement in ruhiger Lage - Schönes naturnah eingerichtetes und gemütliches Appartement. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Ruhige Lage mit guter Anbindung an den öffentlichen Personennahverkehr. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Hier kann man zur Ruhe kommen und man hat zudem einen idealen Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die historischen Städte Antwerpen, Mechelen und Lier. Da fällt uns nichts Wesentliches ein. Eine Spülmaschine wäre das i-Tüpfelchen, man kann aber ein paar Tage auch mal ohne auskommen.

• Ute (8/5): Immer wieder gerne! - Es gab keine Wartezeiten. - Die Lage ist perfekt um die Umgebung inklusiver der großen Städte rundherum zu besichtigen. Wir empfehlen, die kleine Stadt Lier nicht zu übersehen.

• Dominique (10/5): Nice Appartment between Antwerpes & Brussels - Comfortable and fully equipped appartment. Relatively closed to Antwerpes and Brussels with a car. Friendly and helpful hosts.
• Andrea (7/5): Nice place with a great patio, view, and nice hostess. - The beautiful view from the spacious patio of a lovely nature area was the highlight. The structure itself is like new, clever in design, well made and has nice furniture etc. The unit has a private entrance and it is a quiet area. We appreciated the microwave and Nespresso machine. We had almost everything we needed (fans would have helped). The price was affordable relative all the places we saw closer to tourist attractions. Unfortunately it was record heat for the 2 nights we were there, which was very unusual and of course not the fault of the hostess.There is no window for the bedroom, which is elevated from the living room/kitchen area, so the heat gathered there. There was no air conditioning and no fans So we had to leave the patio door, entrance door and bathroom windows open, which let in mosquitos. I did not like having to give 100 euro as a deposit, but this was noted in the listing. We got it all back without a problem. We have stayed many places and never had to do that before. The location has pros and cons, about 30 minutes from Antwerp. It is on a fairly busy road and nothing is walkable. Once inside, you would not realize you are on a busy road. The exterior of the building you walk past from the parking area needs weeding and is a misleading first impression, in case you view it on Google.

• Ploopie (10/5): A wonderful place and location to get away from the city life and want more than just a hotel. - Perfect location near Antwerpen and Brussels, ~30 min away with car. Lovely little house that got everything you need, you just need to bring your own food and drinks etc. Really large window, doors to view the nature, you can sit outside and relax, a kitchen with all the things you need to cook, table to eat, sofa to chill and watch tv, wifi, parking just outside, location close enough for takeaway, super quiet and a very friendly host that met us when we parked. To check in and out, you just call the host to meet up. I would definitely come again! Personally not a big fan of the glass swing door for bathroom, I like my privacy, to be able to lock myself away. The lamp in the bathroom is a little low and you hit it with your head. Bed was a little too hard for me. Would like to see added: a net on the bathroom window, so you can have it open at night without all the bugs and spiders getting in, maybe a bug repeller and ventilator fan for hot days would make the place even more perfect.
• Carol (9/5): Really enjoy a comfortable night at this location - The location was good enough close enough to the airport for me but the place itself was wonderful I had my own apartment and had everything that I needed I had a big huge glass window to look out at a great big field very comfortable very quiet. They had a burning fire for a heater which I needed being that I was in Belgium and I'm used to Florida weather and it just was a wonderful evening. The check-in process went very quickly the woman was very friendly and the checkout process again was very quick and I was on my way to the airport I would highly recommend this apartment to somebody that wants to be close to the airport and have a place all to themselves just to sit back and really relax. Everything was very good the only thing I would make a mention is they have a wonderful shower but I could not figure out how to make the rain shower work and because the water gets very hot I wasn't going to mess around with things and scald myself so a little bit more notes on how to change it from the rain shower to the hand shower etc would be helpful.
