- Benjamin (6/5): Great location and quite comfortable; images made appear higher quality than reality. - Position, location, view was excellent. We're not disturbed by construction works but close to helipads. Below par dishwasher. Clogged sprayers, dirty dishes out of full wash cycle.
Louvres all broken
- David (9/5): Loved it. Would stay there again - Very comfortable and spacious and close to everything. Views were awesome. Only one key made it difficult at times
- Kate (8/5): Would have been better if cleaning staff were more effecient - View and location All Pillows on the bed were more for display and not comfortable - way too high and puffy
Several dishes were dirty
Freezer smelled off
Kitchen rubbish bin was filthy on outside and under the bin liner
Door handles and surrounding areas were grimy with dirt
A second door access key would have been helpful

- Bao (10/5): - Location, plenty bathroom ( 3 bathroom), big apartment Furnitures abit old, lights need new bulbs as it quiet dark ? Mattresses too soft, my bad sored in the morning but I'm very happy with the stay.
- Jessie (8/5): Great stay would definitely recommend however they need to refill amenities and upkeep cleanliness. - The location of the property was amazing. And facilities were great. There wasn’t enough amenities ie toilet paper, fresh towels, also the shampoo, conditioner & body wash were all empty. The property could have been more cleaner ie bed sheets.

- Cassie (7/5): - The view was beautiful and the outdoor area was great with the BBQ and mini fridge A few of the lights did not work and the spa bath nozzle just fell off. The mattresses were seemed to be old or not rotated as you just slid into the middle making the sleep a bit uncomfortable. Wasn’t told about the $1000 bond until a week before that had to be transferred prior to the stay, luckily we had the money but if we didn’t we wouldn’t have been able to stay. The bathrooms also come with dispensers for body wash, shampoo and conditioner however they were completely empty and the cover just fell straight off. Also no instructions to find the building so we walked around the whole island and had to ask resort staff where to go. One of the rooms blinds had been broken previously so a sheet was put up which is fine however as soon as the sun came up you were awake.

The dolphin feeding was loud and disruptive every evening.
Experienced problems with the Wi-Fi/TV and nobody was able/willing to assist really - gave up in the end
- Rochelle (10/5): - Short walk to everything , was good having its own washer and dryer and full kitchen has everything you need . Has no wifi modem device in the apartment for internet connection for the TV's to be able to connect to Netflix or YouTube on the tv ,only had the free to view tv channels .

- Lisa (10/5): Beautiful apartment. Spectacular view - We stayed at unit 5 Deep Blue for 2 nights. The apartment is huge, there was definitely plenty of room for the 6 of us. As soon as we entered the front door the view of the ocean was mesmerising! We had the best time. The beds were really comfortable, the apartment was spotless and Colleen (the manager) was really helpful with her local knowledge of the island. The only negative is that I wish I booked our stay for longer.

- Andrea (1/5): Horrific! Tried to calmly discuss mould, mgr hung up! - NOTHING - WALL of MOULD!! Mgr admitted she knew about air con leak, mould. Still rented to us like that! Manager/owner hung up when tried to discuss mould, shabby carpets, scraped up walls, stained sheets, sour milk left in fridge, dirty baseboards. MOULD! Deceptive advertising - pictures didn’t show the wall of mould, sour milk left for us (April 2024 expiry) non working TV, shabby old carpets, scraped up walls. I wouldn’t even pay $250 per night for this! Tried to talk to manager/owner and they just talked over top of me then hung up! Wouldn’t listen, didn’t care about my health being exposed to mould. Colleen admitted they knew the air con ducting had a leak but still rented it to us!! The mould gave me asthma, wheezing, coughing. No care to accurately picture property or properly repair or maintain it!!
