• Rick (1/5): Dont stay more than 1 day - Nothing Only clean room 1 time for my 2 days stay. They no clean the blanket, it was left behind without washing from previous house guest. I suspect they did not change the bed sheet. Very sloppy in the upkeep of the room. Only interested in collecting the money.

• Sherrin (6/5): Okay budget accommodation for short stays. - Cute apartment with a balcony in a really ideal location for exploring the city. It's hard to complain because it is a budget accommodation and well worth it for a short stay. But the place certainly felt like it was neglected and could be several times better with just a minimal amount of effort. For example, the balcony, which is a selling point for a lot of people, appears to have just been used to dump some old bits of furniture and is in dire need of some cleaning. The apartment is in dire need of a good clean, a little decoration, and some new furniture. It's sad because it could be a 10/10 and a place I would recommend for month long stays if they just put a little effort in.

Water pressure non existent and lukewarm shower. Does have potential 😁

• Poppy (10/5): Exceptional - The room was great, was really nice having our own apartment as opposed to a hotel room. Washing machine was an added bonus. Host was very friendly and easy to contact via WhatsApp, checking in was super easy with the instructions provided. Location was great, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in the city. The host also recommended some places to eat - we went to Pho Thang and probably had our best meal in HCM city there! No problems
• Marina (6/5): correct for the price and location - The location is perfect for discovering HCM when you don't know it. clogged sink, lack of cleanliness, (animals) lack of cheerfulness
• Yuki (6/5): Perfect for budget travellers right in the heart of the city but getting into the room itself and the conditions of the - It's right in the centre of District 1. 5 minute walk to the Ben Thahn markets and no more than a 15 minute walk to all the big attractions. It is an apartment building and you're on the 4th floor with no elevator. The sink in the bathroom also doesn't drain so you have to use the sink in the living area or the shower to brush your teeth etc. The bed is nice and big (king) but the mattress is about 20cm thick

• Mayuno (1/5): Bad - It was located in the city center, but wasn’t that noisy at night. It was the beginning of a nightmare journey. My plane was delayed by an hour, and I arrived at the accommodation at 11:30 pm. While self-checking in, the main door opened fine with the password but the door to the room, which was supposed to be unlocked according to the instructions, was locked and there was no key to be found. Despite reaching out to the host multiple times with no response, I had to give up and book another hotel on the spot. When I messaged the host the next day asking why the room door was locked, their response was that the water system was broken, which made no sense. There still hasn't been a valid explanation for that.
• Joe (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, on a small alley in the heart of District 1. Excellent facilities for the price, with washing machine and fridge. Check in could be made a little smoother. Instructions could be sent before arrival, I needed to go to find WiFi too work out how to get in. This is more like an apartment than a hotel, without a reception. Message the staff before arrival for check in instructions. The rest is quite straight forward.

• Norfarhanis (9/5): Superb - 300m to ben thanh market, and near to malaysia market. Everything was great except the building didn’t provide lift.
• Shakira (5/5): won’t return - -location was great. -big room. -ants in the bedroom and bathroom. -sink and toilet was dirty when we arrived. -have washing machines to use but ruined 3 of my items. wash at your own risk. -owner didn’t ask for payment on arrival so thought that I paid when booking only to find out he must have forgot and spent 1.5 days constantly messaging me asking when we will be back at the apartment as he wants the money ASAP as when we check out he’s in a meeting. This is very unprofessional and i didn’t come away to spend my days answering messages about something that isn’t my problem. -before we checked out a girl came to get the money and didn’t even take the key or ask anything about check out. so when we wanted to check out we still had the key? owner messaged us saying leave the key on the side, don’t lock the door and turn all the aircon and lights ect off. I have never witnessed anything like it. SO unprofessional and will not be staying here again.
