• NADEGE (8/5): Literie à changer - L emplacement impeccable , l'arrivée et le départ libre grâce la boîte à clef même si arrivé un peu tardivement il me manquait un mail d instruction qui ne s était pas mis à jour sur booking, La literie . Nous etions 5, 1 grand lit, 2 canapé lit , au premier abord tout avait l'air ok mais les matelas sont vieux avec des gros creux au milieu donc à notre réveil nous avions tous le dos cassé, c est dommage car l appartement est très haut de gamme mais la literie n est pas du tout du tout à la hauteur

La chambre donne sur une cour donc les seuls bruits proviennent de l'arrivée des voisins dans leur appartement ce qui peut parfois être bruyant. La cuisine qui n'en était pas une.

Lights for the stairwell, couldn’t find it on entry. It’s a long dark corridor then dark stairwell. Light switch is next to door release (exit/entrance)

• Sue (6/5): Great location but the apartment did not live up to expectations. - The location was very convenient for walking to the attractions. There were also bars and restaurants nearby. The beds and pillows were really comfortable! The apartment was much smaller than it appeared on the website. There was no separate seating area in it, only the dining table in the kitchen which was quite poorly equipped. There was no real privacy between the bedrooms; the bathroom was en-suite in the main one, so you had to walk from the second bedroom, through the first, to use the bathroom. This was not at all apparent in the website description or photos. Also the only wardrobe was in the main bedroom & most of the drawers in the second bedroom would not open. The hairdryer did not work!

The unit was very quiet and we could not hear any outside noise. Great place to stay! The second bedroom was attached to the first bedroom and the bathroom was in the first bedroom. Still better than a hotel!

• Claire (9/5): Great location in Florence, walking distance to main attractions - Clear commication after booking. Central location in Florence, within 10 minutes walk to main attractions, Spanish Steps, Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. Room and bathroom very clean and bed comfortable. It's the only place we stayed in Italy with multi fitting plug sockets, so ideal and practical. Thank you for a great stay in Florence.
• Sonia (5/5): Convenient but quite noisy. Suitable for a small family with little children but not a group of adults. It was quite cra - The property was clean and location was convenient. Near a bus stop too, but buses are unpredictable. - Note this is a flat converted into several smaller flats. So you share an entrance to the flat with others. - You have to walk through one bedroom to get together bedroom. Bathroom is through one of the bedrooms, so if you need to use the bathroom, you’ve got disturb who is in the other room to get to it. - There were 3-4 sets of codes for the various doors, can get confusing. - the property was on the first floor with no elevator, so if you have heavy luggage, could be challenging. - the neighbour’s dog barked all the time, you can hear the other guests in the other rooms and all the other neighbours too. -kitchen did not have any coffee mugs, only small espresso cups. Other plates and bowls were ok. - the bedding was a bit worn out too. Flimsy pillows and thin duvet. - one room was decent size, the other is quite small. I could barely place my luggage on the side of the bed- no walking room around the bed.

Entrance to the place is shady. Make sure you dont carry heavy luggage if you want to get to this location.

• Kalipsus (8/5): Great location - The room was very clean upon arrival and looked newly renovated, which made our stay really comfortable. It was also nice and quiet, allowing us to rest well. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of all the main attractions in Florence. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout our stay, with a strong and reliable connection. The room was not cleaned during our 3-night stay, which was a bit disappointing. One of our rooms was next to another unit separated only by a thin partition wall (possibly plasterboard), and on the first night, the guests next door arrived at 5am and were talking and laughing loudly until nearly 7am. This made it very difficult for my friend in the adjacent room to get any sleep. Also, while the hosts were responsive, they replied to my messages in Italian even though I wrote in English. It wasn’t a big issue, but it would be more convenient for non-Italian-speaking tourists to receive communication in English.

Host has the extra furniture with locks for that. it was very useful :) everything was good, because we stayed for one night. there are several apartments in one room. first we thought that we reserved the apartment with 2 bedrooms but there was one bedroom (with the double bed and sofa) and the sofa in the living room. It was nice to have a coffee machine, and a kettle would have been a useful extra.

• Anthony (8/5): Very good - Location was great, and the apartment was clean and modern. Great shower. Good facilities, if not a little small. There was no water on the last day with no warning. The bed linen and pillows need to be upgraded. Registration took us 30 minutes due to untranslated instructions which was frustrating. Did not meet any human that supported the room during the visit but I could call someone. They had poor English.

• Pilorge (6/5): Great location but too dark for us. - The location was great. We did not meet the tenants but they were available on call. Price is reasonable (Florence is very expensive and crowdy all year around). The flat is dark. There are 2 bedroom but only one bathroom with one only access to one of the two rooms (not for 2 couples of adults, may be for one couple and kids). The windows give to inside yard (very dark and small). On the last day, there was no water - that was not the fault of the tenant by of the city. Still not very good news when you are 4 to take a shower.

• Richard (9/5): Large, perfectly kept room in a quiet building close to all the main attractions. - Was sent all the information via Booking.com messaging including photos which made it super easy to access the building. The room was large, comfortable and very clean. A good sized bathroom and wonderful walk-in shower unit. Very quiet as the room faces inwards away from the street. There are storage cupboards for each of the rooms but you need to contact the owner for the code. Super location in the Santa Croce area with easy walking to all the main sites while there are some excellent restuarants in the area. Everything was up to standard.

The bed is large and comfortable. however, the window faces the iner side of the building, with a lot of vis-a-vis from the main staircase or the hallway. The sink has an unusual shape, making it impossible to wash the dishes properly, as they do not fit in the tight space. The hallway is very noisy, regarding the other rooms. I could hear the very noisy Americans down the hallway, morning, noon and night.

• Victor (8/5): Very good - We've had a wonderful time during our honeymoon in this hotel. All facilities were like at the apart-hotel. Garage parking is located right in front of the apartments which is very convenient. Check-out was too early - cleaning lady started knocking at 10 am. The only window of the room faces stairs of the building. The walls are very thin - there are other similar rooms in the hall and you can hear neighbours coming in and out every time.

Because there was a separate door into the corridor to the apartments it felt very safe. There were also insect screen on the window. The ventilation in the bathroom was a bit loud and there is only one window looking into the light shaft of the building.

The hosts sent me emails about nearest supermarket and various popular tourist sites. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. Not a problem for me, but I have travelled with friends who needed an elevator.

We were within walking distance of the main attractions in Florence, but the apartment was quiet. Self check in was very straightforward. There were a couple of bottles of water provided, and some coffee pods. Overall this was really good value for money. While this was technically a two-bed apartment, you could only access one of the bedrooms through the other one, and there was no living area. The bathroom was off the larger bedroom, so my sister had to come into my room if she needed to use the bathroom. There was almost no natural light in the apartment. The kitchen was reasonably well-stocked, but there was no sharp knife.

The bathroom was very spacious and wonderful. A very warm and excellent apartment. The kitchen was very small, with not enough space to wash dishes. Not convenient at all. We faced a significant issue with the Wi-Fi. The connection was extremely weak to nonexistent. We contacted the host, and they said they would fix it. Unfortunately, during our three-day stay, we had no signal at all, making it impossible for us to work. It was the only drawback of the house, but unfortunately, in our time, such a poor internet connection is unacceptable.
