• Ceci Angel (1/5): Unclean apartment and refund not respected - The apartment was not clean upon arrival. The bathroom was full of hair, which is unacceptable. We contacted the host, who said cleaning would be arranged the next day. However, due to the condition, we agreed to leave and he confirmed that the two unused nights would be refunded. In the end, only a partial refund was made and the agreement was not respected. Communication then stopped. Very unprofessional communication from the host, who came across as arrogant and not respectful.
• Kyriaki (10/5): - We were very satisfied with our stay. We stayed for one week and everything was perfect. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and spacious, with everything we needed. The host was always available whenever we needed anything and was very helpful and responsive. If we visit Rome again, we would definitely choose this place again. We highly recommend it without hesitation.

• Nico_mary20 (5/5): - Located near the center of Rome, about a 10-minute walk from the San Giovanni and Re di Roma metro stations The apartment was located in the building's basement level, with a noisy neighbor who kept her TV at full volume and walked up and down the hallway at night talking to herself. It was truly uncomfortable and made us feel unsafe, especially since I had two children with me.
• Terese (4/5): Helt ok men något dyrt för vad man fick - Köket var spartanskt men till frukost fungerade det utmärkt. När man väl hade förstått hur låssystemet fungerade till lägenheten så fungerade det utmärkt. Smidigt att ta sig runt i Rom med tunnelbana och det var ca 15 minuter promenad mellan tunnelbanan (Ri de Roma) och boendet. Boendet låg vid den tunnelbanelinje som de flesta sevärdigheter finns vid. Sängen var trasig och detta meddelade vi vid ankomst. Ingen åtgärd från värden då han trodde vi hade löst problemet. Värden hade lite problem att kommunicera på engelska. Vilket även gjorde det lite svårt att förstå hur vi skulle komma in i lägenheten första gången. Hade varit bra om sänglamporna hade fungerat och om det funnits en brödkniv. AC lät väldigt högt och lägenheten låg i en källare, dvs man kunde inte se ut men hörde alla som gick utanför.

• Carlos Eduardo (10/5): Alojamiento increíble - Me gustó mucho, Nicolás fue muy amable y nos atendió a pesar de haber llegado a último momento. Estoy muy satisfecho. El ambiente era muy agradable y tenía todo lo que necesitaba. Me encantó. Se trabó la cafetera pero en general todo bien.

• Nina T B (3/5): Good location, but definitely not luxurious... - The location was decent. First of all, nowhere does it state that the apartment is on floor -1. It's below ground level. Whenever I was in communication with the owner, he stated level 1. Just beware that floor -1 does not have elevator access. No personal contact whatsoever. Even entry to the apartment is done electronically. What we found upon entering the property was anything but luxury... Light switches that barely functioned and were pushed right into the wall, half of the plugs in the property didn't work or were cracked. I had to use a water bottle to prop my charger up in the plug socket as it was cracked and wouldn't hold it properly... Air-conditioning was an extremely generous term. The air-conditioning unit in the main bedroom was balancing on a chair and the cable barely reached the plug. The hose leading out of the window left a big gap and anyone could see inside from the street (as the apartment is below ground floor...)... There were water drips and stains on the chair from the air-conditioning machine. The bedframe looked like it had been chewed by a dog. Really poor condition. Not enough linen, pillows and towels. There were holes in the walls and what looked like mould damage. Only two of the light bulbs in the chandelier worked. We found the bathroom to be dirty. There were loose cables hanging from the wall. Water damage on the drawers under the sink. Dirty shower curtain. And the window doesn't close properly and is held by a piece of cardboard (!?). Feels very unsafe. And, again, being below the ground floor means anyone can see in. Kitchen was dirty and badly equipped. Cushions on the chairs were stained and dirty, chairs were chipped, loose cables hanging from the wall... I'm attaching photos to this review so you can see what I'm talking about. Additionally, the owner was very persistent and borderline rude when requesting the city tax.
• Raquel (6/5): Bien comunicado pero necesita más mantenimiento - Bien comunicado, parada de bus a cinco minutos, metro a diez y media hora andando al Coliseo. Zona tranquila con cafeterías, tiendas y restaurantes cerca. Camas cómodas y limpio. Wifi va bien. Buen sistema de apertura de la puerta a través del móvil. Instalación eléctrica insuficiente, pocos enchufes adaptados y en mal estado, para encender una cosa tienes que apagar otra. Si quieres conectar la vitrocerámica tienes que desenchufar la nevera. El apartamento necesita más mantenimiento, la ventana del baño no cierra, la ducha no traga, el cabecero de la cama muy desgastado, la máquina del aire acondicionado encima de una silla.... Sería fácil arreglar todo esto con un poco de supervisión por parte del dueño.

• Francinara (7/5): Muito bom! - Gostei de tudo. Principalmente da hospitalidade do host, pois chegamos de um voo muito cedo e como estávamos com um bebê solicitei a entrada antecipada para que eu pudesse alimentar e fazer a higiene do bebê. E o host não hesitou e nos liberou a a entrada às 10h. (seria às 15h). Apartamento muito bem equipado. Todo o atendimento e comunicação foram bons. Recomendo Não gostei apenas da janela da casa de banho, por conta da janela ser para a rua e ficava com medo de alguém me ver tomando banho :) O apartamento é subsolo, acesso apenas de escadas.

• Evelyn (9/5): Relaxing, clean home from home. - My family and I stayed here for 6 nights. Loved the apartment. Clean and stylish. Somewhere warm and relaxing to come home to after a long day of sight seeing. Lovely little bakery around the corner. Just a short walk into San Giovanni or a bus ride into city center. We felt safe and secure here. Would definitely return. The volume button wouldn't work on TV so we refrained from using it as it was at a high volume and we didn't want to disturb neighbours. I found the physical button on the TV after the 3rd day. A very minute issue just need to replace the remote control 😀
• Spencer (4/5): Avoid it if you can - It was well connected. Everything about the place was designed to look good in pictures without any thought given whatsoever to the actual humans who will occupy the place. For example the kitchen felt like it was mostly for show. There was no knife or cutting board. Neither was there a drying rack to put clean dishes. These are small things that make a big difference when not there. Additionally I did not really get a welcoming sense from the place. Their purpose is to get you to book the place, and once that’s happened they consider the deal closed without any thought to the actual experience. For example the owner has a fully automated system for entering and exiting the apartment. That is fine but it also carries risks when there is absolutely no face to face interaction at all. In that example the owner called us barely a few hours after we had checked out to remind us about needing to pay the city tax. Since there’s no person to collect the tax it must be paid by cash or remotely. This is all fine but again without any face to face interaction it might be perceived as rude. In our case barely a few hours had passed when the owner called us and mentioned calling the police. Keep in mind we’re in another city, and are dealing with a lot of other things. My girlfriend was very upset about getting that phone call and paranoid that we were going to get in trouble, even though we paid the man right after. In short, that part of the experience was all very unnecessary and the man was very rude. I have no doubt that he will respond to this criticism in a similar way. All I can say is the place isn’t really that great, and I didn’t get a good feeling from staying there. It felt more like they just want to put nice pictures online and take your money without any thought at all to the humans inside, as I said at the beginning of this review. I hope your future stay will be better than ours was.
• Courageouskitty (10/5): A great apartment in a lovely area! - The apartment is lovely & spacious, and it had everything that we needed. It was really easy to use the app to get into the apartment, and works well for late check-in/ early checkout. The neighbours are really quite. It was just perfect for our needs. The bedroom was nice snd spacious. The bed was really comfortable, and there were extra pillows and blankets in the wardrobe if needed. It also had a fan to cool us down after a long day of sightseeing. The kitchen is small but functional. It has a small table and chairs that is good for eating meals at or having a coffee. There are plates, bowls, cutlery, pots, pans, and even a small chopping board. There is a little induction hob, a toaster oven, and a little coffee pot so we could make ourselves a little coffee when getting ready in the morning. The fridge with icebox was very handy for keeping cold drinks in, and for storing all the lovely Italian food that we were bringing home to the UK with us. The bathroom was also small but functional. It has a toilet, bidet, shower, sink and mirror. The toilet can be tricky to flush, but once you figure out how to push the button properly it works well. The shower pressure was good and the water was lovely & warm. Perfect for waking you up in the morning or cooling down before bed. The living room is nice and spacious, the sofa could be used as a single bed, and it has a nice big TV (the tv remote didn't work well to lower the volume, so you might have use the buttons on the TV). The area/location was great!!! It was a lovely neighbourhood, quite at night, and it was really easy to walk to the Colosseum, San Giovanni, or to the metro station. You could walk about at night without fear as it was very safe. There were several supermarkets and restaurants nearby, an excellent place to get gelato just around the corner, and several great places to get coffee and a cornetto in the morning. We liked everything. It was perfect for our needs.

• Bartłomiej (6/5): If level -1 and the windows in the shower do not interfere, there is no tragedy, the location does not captivate - Plenty of space, easy check-in I have not seen anywhere information that the apartment is on the level -1, every passerby if he tried, he could see what was going on in the apartment. The biggest problem was the window in the bathroom that simply could not be closed, it constantly had to be tilted and the window was literally in the shower, we had to cover it with a towel so that passers-by could not see us during the bath. Throughout our stay we felt a lack of privacy
• Mario (6/5): Pleasant but slightly expensive - The location is great as well as the private check in/out. The apartment is very clean and bed linen/towel smelled great! Too hot inside and only provided with a fan and difficult to have a shower as the apartment is in a basement and people can potentially see you from the street.
• Charlotte (10/5): Amazing location and had everything we needed for our stay, hosts were accommodating and the place was lovely - It was perfect location for what we needed as we were there for a bachelorette and a wedding. very cozy The pillows were a little too hard for my taste and one of the plug sockets worked but was a bit broken but was sorted by the property immediately

There is no window to be fully opened, and we barely breathe in the days and nights Also, all the electric adapters were out of the wall. They worked, but I'm not sure if it is safe.
