W pokoju panuje komuna.Wiatr hulał od pokoju do łazienki.Okna nieszczelne.Lodówka nie mieszcząca się w szafce.Zbity klosz w kinkiecie.Za mały materac na łóżku. Otrzymany kod zewnetrzny do budynku nie zadziałał.Gdyby nie kobieta,która przypadkowo wchodziła,kwitłbym do rana.Odklejające się listwy.Jednym zdaniem pokój deluxe w państwa wykonaniu tragiczny.Przkłamane zdjęcia!!!Brak informacji o śniadaniu pomijając że croissant i kawa to nie jest śniadanie.Nie polecam.!!!
• Moldovan (1/5): Cea mai proasta experiența,această unitate nu are ce căuta pe Booking! - Am făcut rezervare pentru un studio de lux și unu clasic fiind un grup de 4 persoane. Accesând la ora 15 studio ul și apartamentul am avut parte de surprize neplăcute: Mizerie peste tot, mucegai pe pereți, draperiile ferestrelor rupte,căldură nu funcționa,în gaura de aerisire se afla un șoarece mort învelit în hârtie, voi atașa poze. Patul de la apartamentul clasic nici măcar nu este un pat, este o canapea cu arcuri distruse, în bai totul era ruginit,și murdar ,iar apa caldă nu funcționa.I am cerut proprietarului să ne schimbe camerele sau să ne dea banii înapoi să putem pleca,însă dansul a refuzat ambele variante, și ne a spus ca astea sunt condițiile .Am plătit suma de 1000 euro pt 3 nopți la această cazare deplorabilă,iar a2a noapte deja am plecat la altă cazare, pentru ca nu se putea dormii acolo.Aceasta unitate nu ar trebuii sa existe pe booking! Am avut parte de cea mai îngrozitoare experiență la această cazare ,venind în Milano pentru a sărbătorii o zi de naștere! Am făcut rezervare pentru un studio de lux și unu clasic fiind un grup de 4 persoane. • Zsolt (3/5): - Only the location of the accomodation It is very sad that if someone is otherwise operating a more or less acceptable accommodation, why should they make untruths and be undemanding in terms of the services related to the accommodation? Our last contact was with the accommodation provider when he thanked us for the prepayment before arrive. After that, despite our signs and requests for assistance, he did not respond to anything, he disappeared. The problems: 1) the promised simple and clear video did not help us get in at the electronic gate of the building; 2) the kitchen tap was constantly running from the moment we entered until we left, and it could not be closed; 3) there was no wifi internet connection; tv did not work also 4) the breakfast paid for in the room price was not available. The accommodation provider did not provide any assistance regarding the above problems on the contact details he provided. Therefore, I rate the service of the host as unacceptable!

Told them it was not working but they did not do anything. I was expecting them To visit the unit to check on it but no care about it after messaging them that I have a health issues that I needed to sleep on a cool room. 2. Messages have responded so late. 3. The bathroom drainage is easily get clogged

• Alexandra (1/5): Don’t waste your money. - Nothing No air-condition even if they claim that the room had it, dirty pillows, we didn’t find any soap, shower gel, shampoo or TOILET PAPER. There was a sofa bed not a bed and I’ve been bite by some insects the night we arrived. I try to contact the host and to fix the issues but the host never answered to me. So far I never had such a bad accommodation and was not cheap. The worst part was definitely the air-condition, in Milan was 36 degree.

The host is clearly aware of this issue, as the apartment is located in one of Milan's older buildings — but this was not mentioned anywhere in the listing. There was also no internet connection, even though it was listed as available. Totally unacceptable, especially when traveling and needing to stay connected. The worst part: the host completely ignored all of my messages and requests for help. No response, no support, no professionalism whatsoever. This was one of my worst experiences on Booking.com. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this apartment. Hosts like this should not be allowed on the platform!i
• Nicola (7/5): Overall it was a well appointed property in a well good location. Clean and secure - Great location, very clean and secure. Needed some maintenance. Lots of street noise. Fridge wasn’t working. The kitchen tap wouldn’t turn off. No kettle as advertised?
• Neil (2/5): Would only recommend this place to an enemy - Location was decent because you can walk to main tourist sites, nice local bars/ cafés; but also very bad because it's right beside a hospital with very loud ambulance sirens going all day and all night. And the window must be open at all times because air con is non existent. Apartment was far smaller than portrayed. There was no air con. The was never hot water in the shower and it had shockingly low water pressure in the shower and loads of mosquitos in the apartment.

Room was disgusting—had to make our own beds with the ‘clean’ sheets they left. Then some random guy barges in saying he's here to clean... an hour after we already dealt with it ourselves? Unsafe and creepy. He barely spoke English, wouldn’t leave, and tried to kick us out again so he could clean what? A room that clearly hadn’t seen a mop in months? Dust, stains, grime—WiFi didn’t even work. If it weren’t for the location, this would be a 0/10. Don’t waste your money unless you like filth and chaos

• Osvaldas (7/5): Short stay - The location is not bad, there’s a store right next to the building, and the metro station is just about 500 meters away, The apartment is equipped with helpful amenities such as an iron, a washing machine, and a small kitchenette, however we didn't use them The bathroom has a radiator, but unfortunately it wasn’t working during our stay. The bed is quite soft – while some might find it comfortable, others may find it lacking proper support. Additionally, the apartment does not have standard EU power sockets, and no adapters were provided, which made charging devices difficult. Also, upon arrival, the entrance code provided by the host didn’t work, so we had to wait until someone came to let us in – not ideal after a long journey. We had booked the apartment with breakfast included, but the breakfast was served in a nearby café and consisted only of a single croissant and a cup of coffee. Considering the amount we paid for breakfast, it would probably be better to book the stay without breakfast and simply eat elsewhere.

• Stanislav (4/5): Great location, close to everywhere; eldery flat, poorly/not functioning WiFi, poor breakfest - breakfest = 1 cup of coffee and + 1 croisant in a nearby bar ; so I would not advertise the accommodation with breakfest dust in cupboards old and poor kitchen equipment in the flat (missing tespoons, caserol, pan, bottle opener, microwave oven, ... ) no ventilator in the bath, WC not functioning WiFi (despite the "on" & running router in flat), despite requesting housemaster to do anzthing about that, nobody has bothered to get that fixed no WiFi, thus no internet based program on TV (Netflix, Google TV, ..) dirty balcony quite a noisy place, noise on nights, window with poorly sliding door to balcony

You are accommodating different nationalities so better to give them choices of breakfast. The internet access, and no one is in the lobby to assist the guests who arrived late at night.

Bed was a sofa bed - comfy enough but took up the entire room space. Shower was grim; took at least 3 minutes to even get warm enough to stand under and at that the pressure was incredibly low. Shower cubicle was unlit and pitch black - just as well as you couldn't then see how dirty it was in there. Internet did not work the entire time we were there. Main downside though - it is located across the road from a busy city hospital, with sirens going morning, noon and night - we hardly slept a wink. This property needs a lot of work and at the very least a really deep clean!

• Tracy (6/5): Great location as a base to explore Milan - The location was good- close to the tram line to Milan Central. It had a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. The shower doors need to be fixed- they kept running of the rails. A microwave would be a good addition to the kitchen

BUT really need some care :)) - - Perfectly clean for the kitchen ( simply but we’ll equiped ) , bathroom and sheets ! - Excellent location - Supermarket just down the building - Even if the cost is of 2 euros for the owner, it is a nice attention from the owner to offet this at the cafe right the building - A true effort and awareness for collecting separately the waist ! - Had to wait outside at the main door of the building on arrival, since the owner opens from the distance, and although short before he knew that I was arriving , he then wrote to me that he « run out of batteries »… Are you serious ?? - The sink was clogged … It took 5 minutes each time for the water to evacuate… - It is not a living room AND a bedroom. BUT ONE room with a sofa bed and once open it, there is not much space left… - A large stool covered with fabric is awfully stained in many ways… The owner answered : « I know about this ! It is stained but it s clean ! » Once again : are you serious ? - and finally … There is little leak in the shower ( which actually did not offer a mini soap of any kind … We had long written exchanges with the owner as I was quite unsatisfied for all this, and even if it was tense : I was honest and sincere … and willing to communicate …! To summerize : after the onvestments he did ( 5 or 6 flats for rent in Milan : it is REALLY now time to insvest in refurnishing and decorating that place …!!!!! And please … start with this horrible stained stool ! Indeed ..: once more : the price is fair for the great location :) !

• Char (4/5): Disappointed!! - The location of this property is optimal and very near to Linate Airport, 30 euro with Taxi. I liked the area because it is very safe and there is a hospital around the corner. The sofa bed was terribly uncomfortable! The air-conditioning did not work for the first 2 days. It was a nightmare infact we were planning to go somewhere else until it started working, a little! The doors need maintenance, and the curtains seem so old! The place needs to be cleaned better, under the sofa, under the washing machine, the hood above the cooking gas was filthy! It's a pity because this place has potential for the good location!!! The host needs to take clients seriously and act not to call us liars !!

• Risse (4/5): Not comfortable at all. Lights are broken, doors are stuck. Room is full of dust and the bed is hard to when you lie dow - It was just one train stop from the Milan Central Station. Close to everything. It was not what we expected. The apartment was a good size but it’s not comfortable at all. First, they did not give us information at all on how we will check in. Next, i was confused with the communication. 2 hosts were messaging me, i thought they are the same people but apparently they’re brothers. It’s just tiring to repeat what you’ve said to the other one. Additionally, the bedroom light keeps on flashing after we turned them on after a few minutes. I kept telling the host but no good action. He said that that was strange because they are all new lights but how come it’s not working well? They told us to unscrew it lightly, but no difference at all. We told them about it but they haven’t replied and just seen my message. In the end, we got a bad headache due to the on and off lights, and we ended up using our flashlight on our phones just to pack our things because we had an early flight. Another thing, there’s no WIFI. How bad is that? 😞 Also, the bed was not comfortable to sleep at all. Dead hard when you lie down. One movement and it will have a squeaky sound. Under the bed was dusty. Floor was dusty as well. It gave me runny nose. The bathroom door was always getting stuck as well. Sliding doors on the shower was not good at all- it’s difficult to manage. The only light you got as well in the bathroom was the shaver lights. I’m not really happy with the stay, i wish we booked a good one for this price. 😥

We got all information about apartments without problem, was easy to find a key. The owner of flat answer to all questions. He was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was included to the price, asked about it and got answer that we had to go to the bar near an apartment and there we will get breakfast. But lady didn't understand what we want, later other man said that everything is ok and we ordered coffee, tea and croissants, we were asked to sit near the table and after 10 min we got just cup of coffee and tea for breakfast. We were waiting others meal - but we didn't get it. (For me it was moreles ok, but for my daughter no. We had to find other place where to have breakfast and pay for that again.)

The host was very quick to respond and assist and the access to the apartment was very easy. The floors need a bit of attention, as there were a lot of hairs and dust.

• Liam (10/5): Clean, beautiful apartment, centrally located. - This is a gorgeous studio apartment in a lovely building, centrally located. A 20 minute walk from the Duomo, Teatro Alla Scala and Galleria Viktorio Milano. The apartment was very clean, and the hosts very quick to respond to questions. Highly recommended. The bed is a foldout sofa but it's quite comfortable considering. There was no dish soap in the kitchen, but these are very minor. It's a great place and I'm glad I stayed there.
• Anna (10/5): Milano sightseeing perfect location - Perfect location, quiiet district, nice building , beautiful serroundings (Porta Nuova district and walking distance to Duomo). Shop available practically on site and another one 24h/7 nearby. We were able to checkin earlier since the appartment was available that day. The appartment is fully equipped, perfect also for longer stay.. Easy checkin. Everything was ok. Our stay was perfect. Some salt and pepper at the kitchen would do.
