Guest Reviews
- Georgina (8/5): It was a lovely place to stay. Everyone loved the size of it, pool and spa were beautiful. Enough room for 15 people. Su - The property was beautiful, the spot was amazing, so close to shops It Defiantly does need a deep clean. Skirting boards, marks on wall, holes in wall near front door. And fly screens broken.
There were crumbs and peeled nuts left inside the fridge. The kitchen draws were very flimsy, some wouldn’t shut properly & the stovetop didn’t seem to get to a good temperature. Found it odd that the stovetop was on the island bench but the rangehood was on the other side of the kitchen. Made it hard to prepare food and have bench space.
Would be nice to have more tea towels and to have the basic amenities (salt, pepper, paper towel, shampoo and conditioner).

- Leanne (10/5): great stay with family - location and house drawers in kitchen annoying and cutlery drawer front loose
- Michelle (7/5): - Size and communication A few maintenance issues
- Bradburn (6/5): Trip zones but works - I loved the amenities available to the family and myself , the location to the beach was exceptional.
Owner contact has been great The floor levels and trip zones, out to the pool , different levels from every room. Not one person in the family didnt trip. The painting and damages throughout the house where allot but we looked past it, the kitchen draws ans cupboards were difficult daily. Overall the trip zones is the reason we won't be back
- Bipin (10/5): -
- Kate (7/5): - We brought food for 11 people to have a bbq. The bbq was rusted and only a small side part could be used. We ended up having to cook a lot of it on the stove. The non stick fry pans were old and chipped .
- Adam (9/5): A great Family Holiday in Paradise. - Great location, easy walk to coffee at the Anchorage out the backdoor (fire trail).
The backyard pool and hot tub area was well used by the entire family.
It's a large house, we had 15 people (8 children and 7 Adults). Plenty of space.
The dishwasher was handy and well used.
Air-conditioner was fantastic worked a treat and highly customisable.
4 toilets and 3 bathrooms was great for the number of people we had. There is also a hot n cold shower outside near the Hot tub. Lovely views from the front of the house however both verandahs are locked from entry.
The main upstairs bathroom has windows into the back room overlooking the pool. It was something everyone was concerned about taking showers in as they felt everyone could see them with the bathroom lights on.
We had a few spider visits downstairs and upstairs in the lounge rooms. The hot weather wouldn't have helped.
We struggled a little bit with cutlery for the 15 guests.
- Janelle (8/5): A large family home with a spa and pool. Great location. - The property was large enough for my extended family. It has a spa and pool and was in walking distance to the bay. It had wi fi and a large lounge room with a large TV. The Kitchen cupboards were hard to shut. The knives need sharpening. There were no basics in the pantry eg salt, pepper, oil, tea bags. There was no hairdryer. The bedrooms downstairs were interconnecting which may cause a problem for privacy. Had to make the bunk beds which was interesting for the cost of the property.
- Suzanne (7/5): Great location and very comfortable. Just needs a few things looked at to make it much better. - Great location, plenty of seating for everyone.
Plenty of fridges and beds, would be better if all beds were made up. The kitchen cupboards are terrible, they are so hard to close, was very frustrating.
The roof over the dining table leaks in a few areas and the lights above it don’t work.
The photos on booking.com are very out of date as are the instructions. There is no longer carpet on the living room so shouldn’t have to take shoes off.
No fireplace as per pics, looks like a new one is being installed but it wasn’t operating.
Why can’t you access the front balcony? No mention of that either.
- Rebecca (10/5): Exceptional -
- Helen (8/5): Fun girls' weekend away. - The location was great if you have a car. Living areas were very good and the kitchen well equipped. The pool was lovely with plenty of seats around it. Main bedroom is great. Beautiful beaches nearby. The bedrooms could be improved with bedside reading lights. Configuration of the large room downstairs was a bit odd.
- Kim (10/5): Exceptional -
