- Ng (5/5): 8 days with family Feb 2025 - Superb and convenient location for tour pick ups, etc. The facilities were good and adequate. Rooms and air-conditioning was very good. Host was kind enough to accommodate an early check-in. All good except for Water leaks in the showers specially on a long stay The water leaks in the showers. We had a long stay of 8 days and was a big negative after 2 days.
Although the rooms were lovely and comfortable, the fact that it's upstairs needs to be highlighted to older guests.

- Grace (8/5): I really liked staying at this property it had basically everything I wanted and I would stay again - Location was nice right next to train station really. I like being on the top floor. Wasn’t a noise area.
- Juergen (8/5): Very good - Location was convenient. HORRIBLE problem with the refund of my $500AU damage deposit. They have yet to refund my deposit 12 days after checkout.
- Alex (5/5): Passable - Location and facilities (washing machine, dryer, air con, etc). Easy to reach from the central station or Redfern station. The apartment deserves a deep cleaning. There is a smell, I suppose, coming from the carpet. There is hair on the floor.
One thing that bothered me a lot was that there was no trash bin in the whole place. We needed to buy trash bags in the supermarket.
Random people in the neighbourhood and in the building.
The curtains and blinds were awful. They don't isolate the apartment from the sun.

Loved the stay! - The location to collect keys was super easy, instructions were very clear, with pictures included! Very seamless. Location was great, it was walking distance to where we frequent. Also, house was very cozy and clean. Recommended!

- Amri (8/5): Complete apartment unit with easy access to public transport - Clear photo instruction on the key collection. The property has a dedicated website with everything that you need to know. The property come with a very comfortable stay for a family of 4. The mailbox is somewhat further than the entrance, might be confusing. There are lose nails (nails was not properly hammered in) on the flooring panel at the main balcony. Might be a hazard and can easily scrap your leg
