- Jakob (4/5): Room for improvement especially cleaning before guest check-in - The apartment was as described and in a convenient location. However, the cleaning could have been better. I found open food packages, fruit, and some medicine left in the fridge from the previous guest, and it seemed the fridge hadn’t been cleaned. There were also cleaning products left around the apartment. I ended up cleaning it myself before settling in. Once the cleaning standards are improved, the apartment has good potential and offers a comfortable stay overall.

We experienced a few technical issues - broken A/C and washing machine, dirty balcony and stained blanket, batteries on the A/C remote not working. The staff tried to assist as much as they could, but overall these created inconvenience and spoiled our stay.

- Gábor (8/5): Very good - The apartment was well equipped and clean. In the first days, until we called up the host, we had trouble with the hot water. We received the information, that we have to pull every switch down and again up, then push the button. This helped.
