O prédio é extremamente limpo e organizado, além de estar localizado em uma região privilegiada. A estadia deixou a desejar na chegada: o apartamento não estava pronto no horário e a liberação na portaria demorou 3 dias. O imóvel apresentava falhas de manutenção (chuveiro frio, pia entupida e itens danificados). O que salvou a experiência foi o atendimento do anfitrião, que foi muito solícito e resolveu os problemas prontamente. É um bom lugar, mas falta uma vistoria mais rigorosa antes da entrega das chaves.
