• Karen (10/5): Fabulous location and accomodation Will definitely be back - Great location, walk to the beach, pacific fair, tram station, restaurant strip. Appartments well equipped, clean and comfortable. Kids loved the indoor and outdoor pools

• Iirilli (8/5): We enjoyed our stay overall. Location is fantastic and the unit had great views - Location, views, complex pools Unit is a bit tired, carpets need cleaning. Main bathroom glass and floor needs a good scrub and the bin in there was full on arrival.
• Nadine (7/5): Lovely apartment, pool and view however not having direct contact with a host is frustrating. - Good location - close to Pac Fair and walk to beach. Pool and sauna etc was nice. We asked for a second set of keys before arrival and were told that wasn't possible only to arrive and have them available, so that was helpful. It was hard to find the details for parking - eventually realised it was under a separate tab in the app but not until we drove around in the car park for a while trying to work out where to park. There was no one to ring and we didn't get an answer from the "chat" until long after we parked. We also didn't have any coffee pods and it took 3 days to get approval to have some sent which we never received so we had to buy coffee out every day. Apparently we are being issued a small refund for this but it hasn't yet arrived. The third bedroom is windowless with no fan so a stark contrast from the other two rooms- who ever gets this bedroom definitely draws the short straw.

• Debbie (8/5): Very good - Location was great, and the facilities were good. We had great communication throughout, but the key pick-up location was not as indicated on the directions. After a very long 2 days of travelling, due to a plane cancellaton, it was disappointing to arrive at the address given to pick up the key, only to find it was at a different location, a 15 minute walk away.
• Tammie (10/5): Great location, lovely apartment and good room sizes. - Very easy! We checked in late due to flight arrival time, so it was really convenient to go to the grocer store and pick up our keys rather than accessing a lock box etc. Took 2 minutes to collect!
• Alex (8/5): Excellent stay in great location - Spacious unit with all facilities. Great location and good views from the balcony. We found the app used to direct us during key pick-up a little confusing. It would be nice to have all information on the one page. For example, we entered the car park looking for car park 2603 only to realise after a little while that the car park number was contained under a different selection (265 I think). And there were two fobs on the key ring, one of which did not do anything. We tried to use this one initially until we realised. Maybe it's our age!!
• Sharon (7/5): Comfy getaway - Spacious room, everything you needed in an apartment bar a few little things. good location. Little hiccup with only room key between 6 adults but this was fixed up after a few messages. Would have been nice to have a tv in main bedroom, saves everyone watching one tv. AC in main bedroom wasn’t very cold. Not enough pots and pans to cook a meal.

• Keira (7/5): Clean & Tidy in a central location. Needs two keys as standard. - Very clean, tidy and spacious. Great for families in quite a central location. The one key situation is really tricky. Especially for a 3 bedroom apartment - where it’s clear there will be multiple people. Would be so much easier if 2 keys were just included in the check in procedures. I had tried to organize a second key 1 week prior to check in. Was told this would be left in the unit. It wasn’t - took a day of backwards and forwards chat to get the second key.
• Lionel (7/5): Good - Once we got in the property it was good. But we were three hours late for check in The property management was terrible. Check in 3 hours later than should have been. Management contact was rubbish. They called randomly and they had no contact with cleaner and the keys were lost. Was a horrible day travelling on my husbands birthday. We had driven two hours to arrive to a locked out room. His dinner plans were ruined as we couldn’t change for dinner And also travelling with our daughter and her 3 autistic children who could not regulate in the quiet of our room. They also missed out on a swim because we couldn’t get in. We ended up sitting at the shops and the kids had to lay down because they were tired. Would never book again through this management
• Karla (8/5): Very good - The location was great and being on the 26th we had a fabulous view! Beds were comfy. Good size deck with furniture. The only disappointing thing was that the apartment was not very clean when we arrived and there was no hairdryer. Being over the New Year period we paid a lot of money for our stay and our expectations on the cleanliness was not meet. A bit of maintenance may be needed.

• Eva (10/5): We had the best stay for our first time as a family of 6 in Queensland. The apartment was spacious and conveniently loca - The location, access to the pools and beach, the views and the space of the apartment. The property was perfect!!

• Williams (10/5): Exceptional - Location to the Broadbeach area and the facilities of the apartment block. Can I suggest that they supply face washers in the bathrooms and there was no plug for the bath to bathe the babies.
• Don (7/5): OK but just!! - Location was perfect for a Star conference and the apartment was clean and well appointed. Only one key for 6 people made our stay problematic. Final solution from management. Use key drop off all the time. Moronic advice as key drop was 550 m away! Phone contact inoperable for the whole of our 4 days and message response took over 24 hrs. Completely inadequate communication!

• Carolyn (7/5): Good - Really nice apartment plenty of room for 5, great location Booked for 5 people at arrival only 2 bath towels, contacted management and promised 3 bath towels early next day but never arrived. Both bathrooms had empty body wash containers in showers.
• Patrick (6/5): Suited our purposes for this weekend briefly catching up with visiting overseas based family - Location & apt layout fine Inflexible & expensive surcharges (early / late check in etc) - which we would have paid in this instance. Rubbish bin/bag in kitchen had not been emptied from previous use and dirty dishes were left in dishwasher. Which was a little ironic as early check in was denied - as was early car park access (just to leave vehicle) - reason being cleaners needed access to car space while cleaning the apartment. We had a small child with us and such access would have been appreciated
• Tara (10/5): We were very comfortable in the unit and would happily go again. - It was modern, great ocean view, clean and great location. Checking in was a little confusing despite the detailed instructions

• Sofia (7/5): Ok - I liked the location n it was very clean n comfortable The thing I didn’t like was that we had no idea we had to get the keys from a different location, had to call n run around at a place we were new to n it was very frustrating. Specially when it was not stated on Booking.com that it was a not a hotel but apartment rented in a hotel from different vendor.
• Henry (10/5): We were a family of 7 and we all loved our stay, the beds were super comfortable, Beautiful View and just felt welcoming - The apartment is in excellent condition!! Very close to the beach, mall, markets and The Star casino and convenient store downstairs about 50m away which was handy. Abit of a nuisance where the lockbox is located but other than that everything was perfect!!
