MarEcia (5/5): - A localização é boa. Realmente perto de tudo. Tivemos problema com o gás e com falta d'água, prontamente resolvido. Então a dona era sim muito solícita. Não gostei do quarto em si. O cheiro de mofo, pois a janela é onde as pessoas passam, então tira a privacidade se ficar aberta. A cozinha colada na parte que fica a cama. A roupa fica com cheiro da comida que está sendo preparada. O frigobar não gela, só refresca, o ar condicionado cujo controle não é da mesma marca que o ar e dificultava ligar e desligar. Mas isso não eram defeitos se pensarmos no valor dos 5 dias. Mas, pra quem vai esperando conforto, conforto... há esses incômodos.
