- Lay See (7/5): Overall, a good stay. - location was good as it is close to Southern Cross Station and car rental company. Clothes rack is good to hang clothes which cannot be dried in the tumble dryer. Wish there were bottles of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided/ fixed in the shower area. There was no rack in the shower area to put the toiletries. The dish provided was too small.
- Elli (8/5): Weekend getaway with young child - Fantastic location. Very close to Southern Cross train station, restaurants, and shopping. The best was super comfy, the view out the window and the balcony was great. Kitchen was great and spacious. The only improvement I would make is the TV, it's quite old, and I couldn't get the Chromecast working. Having said that, it's wasn't a huge issue as we were out most of the day.

- Jacqui (7/5): 2BR City apartment - The apartment provided us with a good base for our first week in Melbourne. It was clean and comfortable, everything worked.
There were plenty of places to eat/shop and we found a Thai massage salon two minutes away, we had two massages there - Pen Pen - and we found a good bar that was lovely and had the evening sunshine - Quarterhouse, next to Southern Cross train station.
We were blown away one day by being in the clouds when it was raining! The communal area on our floor didn't appear to be looked after at all. From arrival until leaving there was no cleaning of this area to be seen, one apartment had vomit on the carpet outside the door and no attempt was made to clean this, either by the person/people in the apartment or any communal cleaning staff.
- Jeffrey (10/5): CBD gateway - Absolutely perfect location, and what amazing views from that high up! I was staying with my parents, who are a bit older, and being so central, with the free CBD tram, made getting around Melbourne a breeze.
The apartment was very clean and had absolutely everything we needed during our stay, including a really well working washing machine and dryer. One thing some people might not like is that you do need to take a bit of time to understand where to collect the keys and where to park the car. That said, if you take the time to read the very well detailed check in instructions, you’ll be more than fine. I absolutely did not have any problems with it.

- Annabella (9/5): Neat and cozy apartment for families - Nicely furnished apartment in the middle of CBD, short walk to downtown and with free parking. The place was well maintained and a good size for families. Instructions were clear and host remained contactable throughout. All in all a great choice and would definitely recommend.

The directions to find the apartment block were a little confusing. But Once we found it it was in a fantastic location.

Getting the key and dropping them off wasn't hard or difficult more of an inconvenience. I found the management of the apartment very accommodating. there was an issue with the building basement car park flooding with sewage. The onsite building management weren't too accommodating to allow us access to a different carpark floor so we didn't have to wade through sewage to get to the car but it all worked out in the end.

Clean and tidy, nice apartment. located on the 49th floor, which wasn't stated anywhere on the booking.com write up, no good if you don't like heights. The lift took ages to access especially from the carpark, way to many people for the lifts provided. At one stage we counted 50 people lined up in the foyer waiting to use the lifts. You have to find a park and pick up the keys from a separate location to the apartment, then drive back around to access the carpark, which is hard to manoeuvre in if you have a 4wd like us.

Complimentary coffee sachets,Dish washer liquid and tablets,Detergents,toiletries and hair dryer. Picking up keys were little difficult as we are new to this place,However host Jenny was really helpful with all the instructions.

We would like to return during the football season - Location and cleanliness I am at a loss as to explain the missing mattress protector and mattress flipped on the bed I slept in . I would like to add I had no idea that this had happened. We were very busy during our visit and I was exhausted when I went to bed and as a result slept soundly. I would never remove or damage items willingly and would definitely report any damage I had caused.

- Anni (10/5): Delightful City Retreat - We loved the quiet, spacious apartment. It had everything we needed, including an excellent coffee shop, right across Rose Lane. The apartment provided a beautiful restful retreat with all its amenities. Great restaurants, so close by, meant we ate like royalty - recommend Taketori on King St! The proximity of Coles supermarket gave us the ease of preparing our own fresh meals too.
We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly recommend this accommodation. Collecting our key from a different location, when we had a car, was a little disconcerting, but worked out ok

The beds were comfortable, the view from the balcony was exactly as promised, although a little terrifying, and the location was first class.
