Very inconvenient. When we entered the room, the remote had no batteries. The aircond remote also had no batteries. We had to go out and buy them ourselves. These are basic things that should already be provided. We couldn’t cancel anymore since payment was already made, so we had no choice but to continue the stay. The worst part, we checked out only 5 minutes late, and they deducted our deposit. The room was kept clean and there was no damage at all. The management is very unprofessional and not considerate. • Daphne (9/5): - comfortable! the guards there were not polite and friendly at all.. was confusing about the parking and where were the block located at first, but owner did help.. need to come out from parking, make a big turn again then only can check out..

PIC didnt pickup the phone also when i have trouble about parking, i spend almost 45min to find the lift to the room.

• Hasanuddin (1/5): Doesn't look as good as in pictures - Parking was confusing. Difficult to find the block's lift as there were no indicator. Apartment was not well cleaned. There were food remnants from previous tenant under the sofa. Sofa is old and broken. Pillows were super worn out, with stains and even blood stain. Entire place was dusty that I had allergy reaction. Toilet wasn't cleaned. There were urine splashes on the toilet seat. There was also leftover fake eyelashes from previous tenant on the mirror shelf. Stains on the basin and by the wall. Bad sewage smell coming out of the piping. Loud noises from neighbors when they passed by and when they close the door.

• Nur (7/5): Good - really nice, very comfy and i love it to stay even longer if the checkout time is 12:00 pm maybe i can enjoy a little more .. for the late check out is good its so much cheap but if the customer check in time was like 12:00 pm or maybe above 10:00 pm it would be nice not to charge anything this is my only opinion cause i stay only halfday not for a day.. hehe
• Kae (7/5): Convenient location for short stay - The location is very convenient, with a lot of food places available nearby. The room is quite comfortable for two people to stay with amenities provided like towels and hairdryers. There are microwave, kettle and cooking utensils available as well. The cleanliness of the bathroom has room for improvement since a RM60 cleaning fee was incurred, so we expected better conditions, especially in the bathroom. There were stains on the bathroom wall and hair in the basin.

• Kang (8/5): Easy, check in, sleep, get shine by sun, checkout - Comfy and simple，bring yourself (of corz dress on) and live in this unit which is cleaner than your original home, suitable for 1 or 2 night stay up to 3 ppl as the sofa is convertible into a bed. You won’t be a hungry ghost as there’s so much to eat nearby, if you do then you’re just lazy, 10mins walk 5 mins drive what else you want ? Just need to notice to collect the card and rfid scan before entering parking. If not you will be a fool like me getting honk by other tenants😅

• Stephanie (1/5): please go for other choices of stay unless you wish to shower with tiny flies (and some was dead, sticked onto the wall) - saw the reviews were quite positive but it went the opposite way when we checked in. it was not thoroughly cleaned and some used stuffs by last stayers were still lying around. many facilities were already spoilt eg. bidet, iron board, sofa (the wooden frame inside was already broke), and even the glass hanger in front of the basin was broke etc. no respond was made when we raised these concerns in the group chat
