- Edward (6/5): Pleasant - The fridge had old food and fruit left inside, looks like for a while. But otherwise everything was all good, except the weather not cooperating, so didn't really get to experience the beach house.
- Claire (6/5): It was alright for a group stay, but probably wouldn't stay again - The layout of the property is great, and even given the location on a main road, the windows are very well insulated from the noise. The outdoor set up is lovely and great for a small group. Beds were comfortable, good storage in bedrooms. The kitchen and bathrooms were not up to cleanliness standards, mould in the showers and the kitchen was quite dirty. The fridge gave off an awful smell when opened that wafted all through the downstairs area, so much so that we had to buy cleaning wipes to wipe down the whole fridge and freezer before using it. There were rusted exposed screws where soap holders in the showers would have been. It is located on a main road which wasn't ideal for parking at all.

- Yiannaros (10/5): This is a convenient location and it’s also close to the airport so we will probably stay again. - This house was ideal for our family with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We had everything we needed and we were left some essentials like wine milk and nibbles. It is close to Botany Bay beach a playground and a Ross the road is a cafe. It is a short walk to Brighton restaurants. There is parking on site for two cars. We enjoyed our stay. We had to change the batteries on the remote. Not a big deal
