• Guilherme (2/5): Central de ar não funciona. - Localização, qualidade do prédio. Central de ar não funcionava. Pedi pra consertar e apenas me ofereceram trocar de apartamento, o que era inviável pra mim. Não consegui dormir no calor. Alugaram o quarto sabendo do problema prévio.
• Neuristene (5/5): INSATISFATÓRIA - Ar condicionado quebrado. Ligamos no primeiro dia para a empresa que administra o apartamento, então agendaram um técnico para o dia seguinte, mas o mesmo não apareceu, e assim fizemos todos os dias até o check-out... Péssima experiência, não pretendemos voltar.

O anúncio informava ar condicionado, mas o equipamento não funciona ... Liguei no suporte e não resolveram nada ... Nem um ventilador ofereçam ... Lamentável
• Reinaldo Gonzaga (4/5): Apto bom, mas sem apoio em caso de problemas - Bem localizado, com os itens necessários para uma estadia curta. O equipamento de ar condicionado estragou na última semana de hospedagem ... Não consertaram, não ofereçam outro quarto ... A única opção apresentada foi o checkout antecipado, ou seja, "NÃO VAMOS RESOLVER, SE QUISER SAIA E PROCURE OUTRO LUGAR".

• Luiz (1/5): Unbearably hot stay with a non-working AC and a host who even lied about having someone check it. - Location I do not recommend this property. The AC in the room didn’t work at all, and the entire apartment was extremely hot, making it very hard to sleep. I complained multiple times to the owner, and they kept lying about the situation. They claimed that someone had come to check the AC twice — but I was in the apartment both days and nobody ever showed up. Later, they tried to say the AC was “too small” and needed time to cool the room, which was just another excuse. The unit never cooled anything, not even slightly. Overall, very disappointing experience. Lack of honesty from the host was the worst part. I would not stay here again.
• Felipe (9/5): - A localização é ótima, já morei no prédio e posso falar com propriedade. Tanto pra uso do metrô, quanto para se for necessário sair de carro para alguma outra região da zona sul. O sistema automatico para a reallização do checkin e cadastro de facial não funcionou. Foi necessário entrar em contato algumas vezes. Sempre fui atendido rapidamente e cordialmente, mas uma melhoria nesse sistema seria bom e levaria um 10.
