• pat (9/5): Almost perfect - Place was very well kept the decor was nice.the location was perfect. The mountain view was amazing. Would reccomend The only negative is the stairs. Long climb for seniors and impossible wirh the groceries and luggage. We would have happily paid for anyone to help. Took 4 trips to load and unload.

Easy to check in and convenient parking. Entering from the back of the building took getting used to. Be prepared that there are steep stairs to apartment on third floor; no elevators.

• Irfan (10/5): Good base camp into Kananaskis. - A full apartment, priced very well. Coin Laundry was available too on the second floor. Place is situated in a very convenient place in Canmore.

• Zakkry (10/5): Exceptional - I did not want to leave! I'm still upset 🤭 Leaving here is the most difficult part of any vacation. The unit was very clean and well stocked! Location??? Best on earth perhaps! But more specifically it is located in the heart of town, coffee, restaurants and corner market walking distance I even walked to the elevation rec centre it was gorgeous too!! I saw that behind the parking lot off of the alley the bus stop is steps from the building where many skiers were taking busses to skiing... I didn't research the routes but clearly this place is connected! Makes me consider flying into Calgary and bussing as an option. I'm obsessed with Canmore but this townhome makes it a place to live forever and ever. Thank you Canmore! And thank you Apartment hosts whoever you are

• Marc (3/5): Would not recommend this unit. - Location is ideal, close to main facilities. Maintenance required in this unit. Door to the balcony barely stayed closed with cold air draft getting in. Heating baseboard dismantled near bedroom creating hazard resulting in bruised toe. Microwave handle falling apart. Uneven temperature in the unit. No safety handrail in stairs to access second floor.

Appliances in the kitchen are new and the kitchen has everything needed for 2 to 4 persons. Bathroom needs a little refresh Everything was clean but the cold water tap in the bathtub was not properly running, which made it difficult to fix the water temperature when taking a shower. Otherwise, very basic appartment, a little run down here and there. The back street entrance looks shady but no major issue.

• Robert (9/5): Canmore is a much more comfortable town than the busy Banff, which is overrated, over full, and over priced. - The central location in the town of Kenmore is very functional with a nice second floor of view of the street activity and the busy sidewalks. The balcony offers a great view of the three sisters peaks and the other mountain peaks surrounding the town. It is hard to find in the dark when you first arrive.

The bed was very comfortable and it was very clean, quiet and private. The back main door didn’t have a lock on it - it would be good to install a lock code on the door.

Check in was for 4pm and we arrived about 45 mins early and host still didn't let us check in even after they informed me that I could but to just msg them the day of check in. Called them, emailed them and text them and didn't get a reply until 20 mins before check in telling us that we needed to wait for 4pm

• Jean (5/5): The cleaner was very kind and helpful. - This property was a great location, clean and spacious. It was also surprising quiet for a building with many suites. The only issue was with the faulty toilet that did not flush (through no fault of ours) except occasionally if the lever was held down. The management tried to fix it, but they were unsuccessful.

• Isabella (10/5): Great winter stay in a comfortable and convenient apartment - Great value for money - big apartment with everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom, plenty of room. Felt safe with the lock and code to get in. Check in instructions were good and communication with host was also good. Good location, could walk to restaurants and grocery stores in town even in the snow. The heating system was really loud at times but that’s the only negative.
• Cheryle (9/5): Wonderful! - The condo is in a great central location. It was scrupulously clean and the bed was very comfortable. It would have been nice to have printed instructions for the TV but I managed well with a VPN and the iPad. The shower was amazing. Bring soap for the shower and a travel iron if your clothes wrinkle easily. The cleanliness and the location. Nice kitchen.

The clutter may not have been the owners’ however it did set a tone before going in. I arrived late at night, as a solo female an outside light might be a good addition.

Thank you to our hosts. - Cleanliness, central location, dedicated parking, nice art, great bed, air conditioning, door locking system, communication with hosts. Our niece slept on the sofa bed. We travelled with some blankets, and she would have been cold without them. We recommend having pillows and blankets for the sofa bed. We also recommend having some drinking glasses for the kitchen.

• Devin (10/5): Amazing Location to rest and relax in between all the fun activities. - The location of the unit is incredible! Right in the heart of the "downtown" area of Canmore. Walking distance of bars, restaurants and plenty of stores. Great location for local hikes, and only about 20-30 minutes to Banff, Gorgeous Drive. The only thing I can think of is the size of the TV but honestly you shouldn't even be inside watching TV with how nice it is around you!

He is in it for the money. - The ad misrepresented the property, They advertised the front of the building but there was no front entrance. You had to enter through a back alley. The two stores on both sides filled their area with garbage. The entry to the building had no lock! There were two flights of stairs to the apartment which were filthy and poorly lit, also steep and felt dangerous. An assistant manager lives in the building, but refused to talk to me. Feeling welcome is part of the hospitality business. I have never been treated more coldly. I would never recommend this property. Too many issues. more immediate response by the owner. I did not hear from him until three days before my stay. I reserved over a month before. He did not give me the address right away nor did he give me contact info until three days before. I expected a personal meeting, but that did not happen. He should have told me right away that all contact would be by e-mail.

• Dk (6/5): It was only for one night but would for sure not book it again. - The room was renovated and most of the furniture is in decent condition. The shower was nice and the location of the apartment is good. The entrance and common areas of the building are really outdated, dirty and need renovation. The paintwork of the windows is gone, and the windows are dirty as well. Upon arrival it was not clear where to find the room 301 and you need to carry up your luggage because there is no elevator. The bunk bed was really bad. I had an iron bar pushing in my back making it hard to sleep. The fact that the living and bedroom have no curtains but only some cheap blinds that let through most of the daylight, did not contribute to a good night sleep as well. It was also really hot in the apartment, despite all windows being opened all night long and an outside temperature of around 12 degrees. The TV doesn't offer any channels, I believe there is no cable TV provided. The balcony is nothing more than an unusable, dirty, outside space without any comfort, furniture or views.

• Pam (9/5): I really enjoyed my stay, and would attempt to rent this unit again on my next trip. - Location is fantastic - on the main street of Canmore, great location to park the car and walk to everywhere. The unit has a small balcony that overlooks the main street. This time of year, the street is closed to vehicular traffic, so it is a great spot to people watch and feel like you are part of the town. The unit is very clean and comfortable, with a dedicated parking spot. Perfectly suited for a multiple night stay. I would have liked to have a recycling bin in the unit, and a larger capacity coffee maker. It has a 4 cup coffee maker, which in reality produces 3 mugs of coffee, so you have to make multiple pots. The pull out sofa bed is not very comfortable.
