• Jesús.G1981 (2/5): - Location. Near underground. Room was dirty! There was rubbish bags at the corner of the room. The table was really dirty and it had dirty toilet paper. The sheets was stained with poo and other things,I don't want to imagine... The door of the wardrobe was broken. We called to the number and nobody answered until the next day. They cleaned the room the next day and told us that they was going to give back the money for the first night. They never gave the money back.

• Dabid (7/5): Buena estancia - El precio es bueno La conexión con el centro de Londres está a 15 min andando. Es una casa compartida con baño y ducha compartida. Si estás conforme con eso, la verdad que el sitio está muy bien. Camas cómodas, calefacción puesta, todo moqueta cocina completa y baños limpios.

• Szymon (7/5): Good value for money considering location and facilities. Could be a bit cleaner in bathroom. - Clean bed, bedsheets and towels. A lot of cooking appliances available to use, clean kitchen. Good heating and nice air from the outside. Kinda quiet neighbourhood. We got to see 2 foxes which was a highlight. Other stayers at the property were super friendly. The fridge in the room was very useful and also hairdryer. Nice art on the walls, the place have good vibe. The room felt stuffy when we entered, but was okay after we opened the window for 15 minutes. Quite dirty in the bathroom :/. In the bathroom downstairs I could see insulation above my head when I was taking a shower.

• Franziska (5/5): - Eine Unterkunft ohne viele Ansprüche, die man nur abends betritt und morgens wieder verlässt ist vollkommen okay für ein paar Tage Sightseeing in London und für den Preis kann man eigentlich auch nicht mehr verlangen. Bad und Küche lässt von der Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Wir haben alles in der Küche aus dem Schrank lieber nochmal abgespült und sauber gemacht. Straßenschuhe einfach anbehalten. Socken haben irgendwann geklebt und waren gelb gefärbt. Geduscht haben wir lieber erst als wir wieder zu Hause waren. Man kann sich ja die Leute nicht aussuchen mit denen man gerade in der Unterkunft ist und das Verhalten alles wieder nach Benutzung ordentlich zu hinterlassen, ist wohl eine Definitionssache. Im Kochtopf war angebrannter Reis, überall lagen auf den Flächen Krümel. Vielleicht sollte jemand Verantwortliches öfter Vorbeischauen, Spüli oder Küchenhandtücher nachfüllen. Dann wäre es erträglicher gewesen. Wir haben dann doch lieber auswärts gegessen.
• Martins (6/5): Boa relação qualidade preço para o espaço e localização. - A localização apesar de não ser no centro, era boa e facilmente chegávamos ao centro de Londres, quer seja de bus ou de metro. O quarto tinha as condições adequadas para o número de pessoas. Há toalhas disponíveis para utilizarmos, e é possível pedir para que sejam trocadas ao fim de 4 dias. é também localizado perto de diversos supermercados e restaurantes, existindo várias hipóteses de escolha. O Bruno também se mostrou sempre disponível para ajudar e responder ao que fosse pedido. Pouca limpeza nos espaços comuns. Mais especificamente na casa de banho, que apenas foi limpa duas vezes durante a nossa estadia de 7 dias, sendo que a primeira limpeza foi na primeira noite. A cozinha também tinha eletrodomésticos que não estavam limpos (ex: a airfryer) e no armário que correspondia ao nosso quarto estava vazio, sem loiça para ser utilizada por nós.

• Mirjana Mihovilovic (9/5): - The room was as we expected, beds are comfortable, bathrooms so so clean,location perfect, v near shops and bus and train stations, v easy check-in and check-out, there is outside space for smokers 2nd day, run out of toilet paper. We sent a text on app,replay was fast that someone would sort it out. When we came back late evening-no one brought it,tomorrow I've texted again but we went out around the noon so have no idea when we got the toilet paper but late evening- there ware loads in our room left . That was the only thing which they could pay attention a bit more.

• Maroua (9/5): I would come back again - The room was spacious, clean, and the beds were comfortable. We loved the room. It had all essentials (hairdryer, iron, etc). The neighbourhood is good. Well connected with the tube, train, and bus. Also many shops are open till late, so that was very practical. The kitchen had all the essentials to cook a meal. But also many restaurants are nearby. Very good location if you plan to attend an event at Wembley. The shared bathroom, as much as it wasn't dirty, it also wasn't very clean. Also, there was an issue with the toilet, but it was later fixed. Overall, it was not a disaster, it was still ok. The only thing was that there was a number to contact left in the room, but that number never replied. We only got replies when we messaged on booking, which was also ok.

• yanis (5/5): No está mal para el precio, pero no volvería. - El precio es asequible para ser una ciudad tan cara, con el metro a 10 minutos andando y con linea directa al centro de Londres La habitación no estaba sucia, pero tampoco demasiado limpia, había ambientadores que se habían terminado hace semanas sin ser cambiados. Nos dejaron capsulas de café pero no había cafetera. En su lugar había una hervidora de agua pero tampoco se podía usar de lo sucia que estaba por dentro. El barrio, por la noche, no me pareció nada seguro.

• Aleksandra (8/5): Great value for money but a bit far - There was lively street nearby, a lot of shops and restaurants just a minute from accommodation so it was really good!! Kitchen, bathroom and our room, everything was really clean. For this price it was really good. Our room was quite big as well. There were only 4 rooms, so even if there were other rooms booked it wasn't crowded in here. It was nice, quiet and there is a cat sitting on fence everyday waiting to be cuddled - highly recommended activity We only got 2 duvets for 3ppl, and they were a bit too small to use 1 for 2 ppl. Underground station was quite far away - we were walking for almost 20minutes just to get there. It's great location if you want to go out for the whole day or you have sth planned on Wembley. Bathroom was really small but it didn't bother us, it was super clean so everything was alright 😊 but keep in mind that you might have problem with the bathroom size if you're with child or if you're bigger size

• Lakshya (10/5): Good stay (detailed review) - We were three friends and wanted to spend our new year's in London. We find this to be a cheap stay but I had not imagined it to be so good for that price. I never directly met any staff or owner but was in touch with him prior to my trip and called him twice when in London. He was really helpful and even a little flexible with check in and check out timings. The kitchen and washroom were spacious and clean. I would definitely recommend it to anyone on a budget and wants to live in a house type setting. * I would recommend anyone going there to try the polish restaurant close by for breakfast. (Can't recall the name) The only issue was that the underground station was 15-20 mins walk and that we couldn't be too loud after 10 PM but both these things didn't really ruin our experience.

• Angela (8/5): Great value for money, close to city centre - We stayed for 5 days and the place was easy to find, room was confortable, we travelled with a toddler and happily, our room was heated when we arrived and during our stay. Kitchen had everything you need for cooking, bathroom was clean and enough to have a quick warm shower after a long day out. Beds were ok and the space on the room was great even for a pushchair. The area is very live, many different restaurants around the corner, less than 5min walk, few supermarkets nearby, Costa coffee, and metro station was 10min walk (Criklewood). Train station was also less than 10min walk. I felt safe on the property, something quite important when traveling with kids. I would use it again when we travel back to London. Just to mention something, we expected to have a hair dryer in the room but it was only the nozzle. Apart from that all good. We'll recommend it 100%.

• Linda (8/5): Great location to see event at Wembley! - This ethnic area was extremely safe and there are numerous little restaurants with delicious food nearby. Access to Wembley Stadium or the British Museum or LHR is easy. This room had everything I required and was clean. Kitchen access was a benefit and I used the fridge and microwave. The bathroom on the main floor is tiny, but absolutely adequate.

• Mark (1/5): BEWARE - don't make the same mistake as us and do not book this place. The worst property I've seen ever, the ow - There's absolutely nothing to like about the property. The place is set in the run down terrace home, with overflowing rubbish bins next to the entrance. The front door looks like it was recently kicked in and hastily repaired. The exterior lighting doesn't work, so it is really hard to select the access code without having torch handy. There was old food in the shared kitchen everywhere and the bathroom is really a broom closet (1m x 1m) and is supposed to be shared between 4 rooms. The residents were very noisy and rude, with doors banging and loud arguments until 3 am. The place is literally a dump and should have never be advertised on Booking.com

Several ways to reach the center, and everything is available. Cleaning is also done regularly, it is a pleasure to live in this environment. The only downside might be the people. Always respect others in a sharehouse. Do not come at 3 a.m. and slam all the doors, nor shout as if it were 10 a.m. during a family meal.
