• Barea (7/5): E' una sistemazione adatta a famiglie che vogliono cenare in casa - L'appartamento si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro; quindi comodo per visitare Londra. Appena fuori della metro c'è un supermercato, utile per chi vuole mangiare in casa. L'appartamento è di dimensioni generose. La cucina è dotata di forno tradizionale, forno a microonde ed ha la dotazione necessaria per poter cucinare qualche pasto. Abbiamo trovato anche sale, olio e zucchero. Al nostro arrivo il riscaldamento non era acceso e per farlo partire bisogna accendere la caldaia; si devono attivare degli interruttori e un pannello a ridosso della caldaia. Siamo andati a tentativi; sarebbe stato comodo trovare due note scritte. I letti matrimoniali sono piccoli e i materassi sono molto scomodi; le lenzuola avevano delle macchie. C'erano della macchie anche sulle tende e le poltrone. L'appartamento non dava la sensazione di molto pulito. Inoltre, si sentono i rumori e gli schiamazzi provenienti dal piano superiore.

• Byron (3/5): - Not much Not located in little Venice, area it is in, is a bit sketchy. A pokey little place with an uneven floor and the most uncomfortable furniture I’ve had the displeasure of using. We checked out 5 days early and paid money to stay somewhere else. Not that close to decent shops for supply’s.

• Martina (5/5): Alles gut, kein Luxus, aber durchaus wohnlich und sauber! - Sehr geräumig, richtig gemütliche Betten und saubere Böden. Das Wasser beim Duschen wurde kaum warm. Eine Anleitung zur Nutzung der Heizung und Waschmaschine wäre toll gewesen. Es gab keine Geschirrhandtücher und zu wenig Löffel. Die Müllentsorgung war uns leider nicht deutlich.

• Diana (5/5): Feels like I have been tricked with the pictures of the place , it’s a very run down property - Just somewhat the location Dirty , trash cans view from the living room , cracked and chipped walls ….. warm water with cold waves for shower , barely any hand soap diluted with water …barely hanging shelves to the wall , bed sheets with stains

• Alicia (9/5): Muy buen alojamiento - La casa está muy bonita tiene todas las comodidades que necesitas, tiene supermercados cerca y paradas de metro y bus, la comunicación con quien gestiona el alojamiento es muy buena contesta muy rápido. Nosotros fuimos una familia de 2 adultos y 3 niños y fue perfecto lo que necesitábamos Se entra muy tarde a la 15:00 horas
• Tharenya (6/5): This is a good place for a short stay, good accessible location. Steps to go into the place was slightly an issue as we - The location is great! Easy to find as well and clear instructions were given to find and access the property. Some sheets on the bed was a bit dusty.

• Sarel (7/5): Good - Spacious apartment. Beds were comfortable. There was a coffee plunger. Washer & dryer. The place didn't smell clean. Smelled like vomit. There were no plugs in the sink to wash dishes properly. Heating in lounge didn't work. Neighbour's played VERY loud music. Kitchen wasn't very well equipped. Only 1 pot and no microwave/oven safe dishes. Bottom oven door didn't work. When using the oven, the electricity kept on tripping. Had to switch it back on a few times. Walking to the apartment, there were a few dodgy people. Won't want to walk around there at night.

• Darek (9/5): It has our recommendation - Beautiful and spacious apartment 10 minutes walking from an underground station. Well-connected with the rest of the city via Baker Street, well-equipped, in a calm neighbourhood. The owners were reasonable and our contact with them via Booking was fluid. If you're in London only for one night, you can probably find something in a better location. We stayed five and were happy with everything, but it definitely may not be for everyone. Read the information and the map carefully.
• Daniel (6/5): okay place - I liked that we had our own place to ourselfs and it was spacious. I didn't like that the heater was not making a difference.. it would have been nice to know how to use it. the doors would let in a lot of the cold air. The washer and dryer was very difficult to work the washing would do it's job but the dryer would make our clothes damp.

• Tammy (10/5): Nice place with plenty of room, all the basics needed for a stay. Cook, eat out or order in - Tea and coffee available and a grocery store 5min walk up the street, easy to access public transport to anywhere in London
• Enshrah (5/5): It could have been better. - The place is clean and spacious. We thought the place is located in the new building of little Vince by the Canal which was not the case. The beds are so uncomfortable and the security of the place is minimal e.g. one small lock on the front door though the place is a ground flat in a very busy neighborhood.

• Shalini (8/5): Lovely stay in the heart of London, close to all the attractions and public transport - we had a lovely stay for 4 nights at this property. The rooms were small but comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped for us as we didn’t want to cook as much. The wifi was good. location is perfect and very close to Queens undergoing and several bus stops. There are adequate grocery shops nearby which are open till late. neighbourhood is quiet and safe. the electric kettle was a bit dirty but the host got it replaced with a brand new one immediately, and was usually very responsive to all queries. so superb hospitality. Would love to stay again at this property. That there was a single bathroom but that’s true for most houses in central London. The bed sizes are really small. The sleeping arrangements are good for 5, we were 6 of us, so a bit cramped.

• Emma (7/5): Comfortable family weekend - Location was good, space was good, decor was good. Comfy beds and bedding. Just some small things that can easily be sorted. The kitchen crockery was dirty and needed washing before we could use any of it. The front door is old and wooden with just a yale lock with no security chain which felt a little insecure. We arrived late and then had to find the key safe on the dark as there is no outside light. There was no hot water or heating but my husband managed to get it going. The landlord did phone me back quickly and was going to send someone the next day. There is a very powerful smell from the bathroom of drains or something which was unpleasant.
• Gemma (2/5): Great location, seriously considered not staying the first night. - Location was great. - the property was not clean, dusty, bathroom mouldy and smelt, cracked window in bathroom, blood on window in main bedroom, kick boards In kitchen not on. Felt unclean moment we stepped inside. Dust all over even on kitchen handles and bed heads. - property felt unsafe .. one night latch lock and a back door by another bedroom with thumb turn. - spare bed in lounge was a chaise long single at best not queen size as advertised. No extra pillows provided. - old food in cupboards .. unsure why. - property does not comply with building regulations.. looks like fire doors to kitchen have been removed. No means of escape from rear bedroom. Other than enclosed courtyard.
• Mary (6/5): Sofa bed fell apart. - The 2 bedrooms were fantastic. Well set up. Truly luxury bed linens etc.. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were good. We rented this one because it had a walk in shower. The sitting room was very uncomfortable. The fold out sofa bed was small, soiled and fell apart after a week. The senior guest using it had to spend the last 4 nights sharing a bed with one of the other senior guests which was very uncomfortable. The manager said he would have a new one there the next day. It did not arrive before we left causing great discomfort for our 4 final nights. A blow up bed was provided but it was too low to the ground

• Emma (8/5): Fabulous flat, smooth operation, comfortable stay - Flat was beautifully presented, clean, modern and very attractive. We asked for a fan to be placed in the flat in advance of a hot weekend and the hosts accommodated kindly. The kitchen didn't have basic apparatus for cooking and sadly tea and coffee was not provided

• Javariya (9/5): It was comfortable. - We were 5 people, all adults staying there. Couples took the 2 bedrooms and the one left took the pull out sofa bed which was really comfortable. I was worried at first because I didn't know it was a basement flat but there were windows and the apartment itself was airy. It was clean and all required amenities were present including toiletries. The subway station is at least 10 mins walk. There is a kiosk at 4mins walk and Marks and Spencer food shop at 12mins. Nothing particular.

• Sebastian (9/5): Nice place,good location - Nice,clean place really close to subway. Cosy apartment, two steps away from f.a. Nothing Hill. Located in Zone 2, is a really good starting point in any direction when visiting London. Great stay!
