- O apartamento é bem equipado e espaçoso, acomodando confortavelmente uma família.
- Apesar da localização em um ponto de grande fluxo e da grande quantidade de apartamentos, o local é silencioso e tranquilo à noite.
- A comunicação com o anfitrião foi rápida, cordial e eficiente.
- O imóvel, embora pareça mais novo nas fotos, está bem conservado e funcional.
- Prontidão do anfitrião ao resolver, no mesmo dia, um problema com a trava da janela. - A cortina do quarto com cama de casal tem uma abertura central que deixa passar muita luz, inclusive à noite.
- Os colchões dos dois quartos poderiam ser renovados, pois já não oferecem tanto conforto.
- Seria interessante também haver um aquecedor no quarto com camas de solteiro,.
- O anúncio engloba dois apartamentos diferentes, e o que alugamos (por erro exclusivamente nosso) não possui telas nas janelas (que são baixas) — algo a se observar para quem viaja com crianças.
