- Ognyan Tonev (10/5): - Голям апартамент със страхотна гледка. Има всичко необходимо вътре + 2 бани с тоалетна. Изключително услужливи домакини. Апартаментът беше затоплен предварително, пристигнахме след полунощ и останахме до по-късно по тяхно предложение, защото нямаше резервация след нас. СПА-то е в съсседната сграда (30 сек пеша) и беше празно. Басейнът е доста голям и топъл. Всичко в СПА-то работи - джакузи, сауна, парна баня.

The hosts were always there when we needed something and there were even kids toys to play with :) The only concern was that we were off season and a lot of the restaurants don't work as usual so keep that in mind. Long story short - perfect! Well..the only thing we've missed was the lack of a coffee machine

- Vladislav (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is beautifully decorated and very thoughtfully equipped — everything you might need is there. It felt cozy and welcoming, and we really enjoyed our time here. The hosts were kind and attentive, making sure our stay was comfortable.

- Hüseyin (5/5): Goodwill upto a point... - Spacious rooms It was cold during our stay and there was a problem with the central heating so we asked for extra heaters and got two but they were not enough to warm the rooms.There was no cleaning so you have to do it yourself. It is not within the Terra complex so you have to walk outside of the hotel to get to your building, which is rather annoying in the freezing cold of razlog.

- Marina (10/5): Our favorite in Bansko-Razlog - This apartment is our favotite and we'll come back to Bansko-Razlog just for the reason to stay in this apartment and use the Terra SPA. Easy check-in in the reception of the hotel with a great SPA-facilities as a part of the price for the booking. Excellent apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 barthrooms and a wonderful balcony watching towards the mountain chain Pirin tops and the green area of the Pirin Golf Club. We did not like that...that we did not stay for a longer time than 3 nights... We'd appriciate a short instruction in written NEXT to the screen showing the temperature inside to avoid interfering with the whole heating system of the apartment, and also for the TV/Internet TV (thanks anyway for the InternetTV).
