Check-in demorado e burocrático (cerca de 1h de espera), cobrança de "garantia" de R$ 750 por fora do Booking e devolução incompleta (retiveram R$ 50 alegando serem taxas), fora que o estorno deveria ter ocorrido de forma automática em 7 dias e no 8° ainda não havia recebido, tive que cobrar a devolução. Informaram que não havia disponível o quarto do anúncio, fizeram o remanejamento na hora, ao chegar nesse outro quarto a porta estava bloqueada tendo que acionar novamente o anunciante para liberar a entrada, o local era minúsculo e com cama ruim. Atendimento ruim e garagem paga à parte. Não vale o transtorno.
