• Thomas (7/5): Great location and space, cleaning to be improved. - Great location in Soho and the flat is fairly large by London standard, comfortable for a family of 4. Soho can be noisy at night but not so much the case here. The flat sits on top of restaurant kitchens and there are heavy kitchen smells coming into the flat. Cleaning was also average when we entered the flat.

• Karin (8/5): - Top Lage! Nützlich ausgestattet. Alles was man braucht für einen Städtetrip. Dusche braucht Übung, entweder kalt oder heiss, aber es geht. Boden im Bad defekt, bräuchte Reparatur.

En el apartamento hay un dossier que además de explicar las normas te dan sugerencias e información de servicios y sitios que visitar . La cocina tiene de todo tipo de menaje. El sistema de calentar el agua de la ducha , nos resultó muy complicado conseguir el agua a temperatura óptima, o te quemabas o estaba fría....

• PINAR (8/5): Konum muhteşem - Konum muhteşem. Gezilecek çoğu yere yürüme mesafesinde. İletişim kolaydı. Sorularımıza hemen yanıt verildi. Isıtma gayet iyiydi. Eve giriş yaptığımızda bizden önce kalan misafirlerin mutfaktaki çöpleri alınmamıştı. 2 gün sonra çöpler alındı. Merdivenler çok dik ve dar. Valiz çıkarıp indirmek zor oldu. Ne yazık ki yataklar çok rahatsız kesinlikle değişiklik gerekiyor. Banyo için elektrikli su ısıtıcı vardı. Suyu ayarlamak zor oldu. Sıcak soğuk su değişimi oluyor.

• Luis Alberto (8/5): Piso 2 habitaciones en centro de Londres con todas las comodidades - El alojamiento estaba genial. Tal y como se esperaba después de ver el anuncio. Dos habitaciones con camas de matrimonio de 1,50 de Ikea y un sofá cama de 2 metros también de Ikea. Cocina equipada con cubertería y vajilla, horno y pequeños electrodomésticos para desayuno, como hervidor y tostadora. Un plus que dejaron para jabón y esponja para fregar platos. A echar de menos bayeta o más trapos de cocina. El cuarto de baño completo con ducha grande, aunque la presión de agua no era mucha. Nos faltó algún rollo más de papel para el baño, puesto que éramos 5 personas 5 días y nos dejaron medio rollo empezado, tuvimos que comprar y se quedaron en el piso cuando nos fuimos. Sí nos dejaron "amenities" para el aseo. Cabe recalcar que es un 3º sin ascensor con escaleras bastante empinadas, dicha información contábamos con ella porque habíamos leído los comentarios pero no queda bastante claro en el anuncio. La mejor zona de Londres para estar céntrico y no tener que coger mucho transporte, todo a mano y con vida las 24 horas del día. El tema de la calefacción es algo a mejorar, puesto que en el baño al ser techo de cristal hacía frío por las noches. La calefacción general de la casa tampoco es algo que funcionara genial, en algunas habitaciones hacía frío y en otras calor. Habría que dejar claro en el anuncio que el piso se encuentra en un 3º sin ascensor con escaleras poco o nada adecuadas para gente mayor. Y algo que nos ha chirriado mucho ha sido el ruido que hay por la noche en la zona del pasillo. Es como una salida de humos de los restaurantes de abajo que es como si tuviéramos el aspersor encendido. Si bien es cierto, cerrando las puestas de las habitaciones se deja de escuchar.

• Alejandro (8/5): - Bien ubicado, buen precio, limpio y cómodo. Hay un lugar de bagels en la esquina que hace mucho olor a frito a la mañana y es una esquina un poco ruidosa y llena de gente los fines de semana. Pero ningún problema de gravedad.

• Ariane (8/5): Bastante bien - La ubicación es 10/10 y compensa todo, es. muy cómodo con las dos habitaciones y salón y cocina espaciosa. Estaba limpio y muy bien preparado con toallas y sábanas. El control de la ducha es regular, es verdad que lo de las escaleras es un poco incomodo pero soportable. No es tan nuevo como parece en las fotos pero está bien. Yo revisaría la limpieza de la cubertería para darles un repaso.
• Ewelina (8/5): - Lokalizacja cudowna. Najlepsza. Wszędzie blisko, w odległości krótszego lub dłuższego spaceru. Soho to raj dla osób lubiących pysznie zjeść, mnóstwo sniadaniowni i restauracji. Chinatown w odległości kilku minut. Wielkość mieszkania na plus, dwie wygodne dwuosobowe sypialnie z wystarczajacą ilością miejsca do przechowywania, wygodnymi lozkami i dobrej jakości pościelą, salon z aneksem kuchennym wyposażonym w pralkę, zmywarkę, lodówkę, naczynia. Generalnie byliśmy zadowoleni, ale... Mieszkanie jest w starej kamienicy, wejście na 3 piętro wąskimi schodami. Widać na każdym kroku, że już daaawno nie było odświeżane ani porządnie wysprzątane, popękane płytki w łazience, odrapane drzwi, brudne okna, niedosprzatane mniej widoczne miejsca. Czy polecam? Jeśli byłoby to jedyne dostępne mieszkanie w tej lokalizacji, takim metrażu i cenie to tak, ale nie będzie to moje miejsce w Soho jeśli znajdę coś w lepszym standardzie.

• Géraldine (8/5): - L’emplacement top au cœur de Soho et proche des commerces de Oxford street. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent! L’appartement pourrait être davantage entretenu. Petites rénovations à effectuer.

Location was everything as I only had 2 days in central London and I did not want to take any trains or buses to get to Oxford street and the surrounding attractions, shops, restaurants etc. The loft was clean and had adequate space as I didn't want to be confined to one hotel room with my daughter s. As with most of the older buildings in London, the staircase was narrow and there was no elevator. The staircase could use new carpet and a coat of new paint as it is the first thing that you see on entering the building. The bedrooms have been refurbished so they are quite nice and the linens are soft and comfortable. The kitchen had large cupboards and are stocked with cutlery, pots, pans, plates and cups. The L shaped couch can serve as another sleeping option. The bathroom was spacious but could use some updating with the tiles and the flooring. There were fans in each room which we were grateful for as it is summer. The price was excellent.

• אלמוג (7/5): מיקום מעולה, המקלחון היה שבור, אין מעלית, בעיות באינטרנט בדירה ואין מזגן - מיקום מעולה! נדרשנו לפנות ב 10 בבוקר במקום ב 11 כנהוג. המקלחון היה שבור, היו אריחים ברצפה שבורים, אין מעלית, היתה בעיה באינטרנט של הדירה ואין מזגן!!
• Colin (9/5): Superb - Access to the property was seamless and the location could not have been better. We were well aware that the unit had 3 flights of stairs and it was not an issue for us but they are narrow and could be challenging with a large bag.

• Octavian (9/5): Superb - The apartment was perfect. We were a group of 5 people and there was plenty of space in the apartment. What we really appreciated was the location of the apartment, which is a 5 minute walk to Regent Street (a street with a lot of shops) , and a 2 minute walk to the tube station and the supermarket.

• Alison (8/5): This property is hard to beat location wise but I wouldn’t say it was luxurious accomodation. For this stay being 5 of u - The location of this property is fantastic. Lots of cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walk. There is also a Tesco Express and Coop within a 5 minutes walk. You are a few mins from Oxford Street and 5-10 mins to Leicester Square. The Northern Line tube is also within 10 minutes walk, which means Euston Station is within easy reach too. The property is looking a little tired in parts, mainly the bathroom and when you shower everything has to go on the floor as no storage in there but on the whole the property was clean and sufficed us for our stay. It is on the 3rd floor (which I knew prior to booking) but that is something to consider as the stairs are quite windy and narrow.

• Charlene (8/5): Great location! - Excellent location! Staff were amazing to deal with- so friendly and helpful. Very informative about needing to bring ear plugs as can be quite a noisy place (especially considering we were there during Pride) but the double glazing was great. Could do with some blockout blinds in the main area with the sofa bed as very difficult to sleep during summer.
• Elton (9/5): Superb - Great location and the flat was clean and comfortable. Slight issue getting into the flat when we arrived, but I called the number and they were able to resolve this fairly quickly.
• Daniel (10/5): We would definitely stay here again. - Our stay was great. The facilities worked great for us (two adults and three teenagers). The best things about the property were the location, hosts, and beds. It was located centrally to everything we wanted to see and surrounded by blocks of shops and restaurants. The hosts were also very responsive to questions and coordinated an early arrival time for us, which we appreciated after flying overnight from overseas. Finally, the beds were surprisingly comfortable for a rental, we slept great. The shower appeared to be an on-demand heater and took some trial and error to figure out consistent temperature control, but we eventually figured it out.
