Nice sized clean unit
Modern
- Vanessa (6/5): Good location - the weather was lousy and it took a bit to find the lock box. we could have had extra spare blankets as the heating didn't feel like it was working so well and it was really cold. Also the shower head in the master bedroom doesn't work well, exiting on the last day also a pain in the neck.
- donald (6/5): good - parking 1st time very hard to find car park
- Carly (5/5): - We stayed here last year and had an amazing experience. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, and the location is fantastic—close to restaurants and a grocery store. It’s also very convenient for getting around Canberra. Upon entering the property, we were immediately greeted by the smell of cigarette smoke. Unfortunately, the place had not been properly cleaned. There was a significant amount of black hair on the bathroom floor, leftover fruit in the fridge, stains on the lounge, and the floor hadn't been vacuumed—there were bits of paper and general mess scattered around. Additionally, there weren’t enough towels provided for the number of guests, the heating system was not functioning properly, and a wet towel was left in the washing machine. There were also not enough extra blankets available.
On a positive note, the host was responsive and made efforts to address the issues. However, given the price we paid, I don’t believe the property met the expected standard, and I would not stay here again.
- Graeme (9/5): Loved the stay. - Great location, secure parking. Ensuite shower had slightly low pressure.
- Heamasi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Julie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Louise (3/5): Poor - to pick up keys was a nightmare. they were in a site office 3km away
- Ftandean (6/5): Great location. - great location The process of collecting the key was complicated.
- Suwath (5/5): Passable -
- Steven (10/5): Fantastic experience. - Loved the location in the heart of Chinatown and was a foodies delight. After mastering the parking and lifts next step was the rabbit warren of street's to all the sights of Canberra...google maps and a basic map of the city helped. We all loved the apartment which was spacious, modern and very comfortable..would highly recommend.Key pickup was easier than we expected..overall a great experience with Woolies a stone throw away. and negotiating Canberra became easier. Our host was very easily contacted with quick response. Nothinng
- Brian (7/5): A great apartment if you can be bothered with all the checking-in hassles. - Well appointed amenities and in a good location The check-in instructions are hopeless. Picking the key up in a little hidden-away shed via two lots of PIN codes following a trek around the fast food vans after a long drive was not what we were hoping for.
- Brian (10/5): I think a manual of how to work the appliances would be good. We have used a lot of microwaves over the years but this o - We stay at a few places every year for the kids sports. This place would have to be the best place we have ever stayed. It was also within walking distance to Coles, Woolworths & quite a few takeaway shops. We booked for 5 people but only got 4 towels.
- Lynda (8/5): Comfortable stay, pool was good for kids. - Location was good handy to places we visited. Nothing negative to report.
- Michael (8/5): Very good - Excellent facilities in the flat, very comfortable and a home from home The curtains in the main bedroom don't fully close which meant the bedroom was light in the morning
- Vasiti (10/5): Overall great stay. Convenient location - close to supermarkets and restaurants. - Great stay. Clean, well equipped and comfortable room. Had to wait almost 30 minutes for the room to be ready. We were tired from our long flight and wanted to rest. The waiting area only had a bench and no air conditioning so it was quite uncomfortable.
However, the host was very apologetic and agreed to a complimentary late checkout the next morning.
- Paul (8/5): Very good - Good location A/C could be better. Air flow seems
- Sharon (9/5): Wonderful position, comfortable accommodation and amazing food on offer just a short walk away. - The location was excellent - walking distance to many restaurants, Coles and Woolworths plus chemist etc. We borrowed a car and it was great to have parking for 2 vehicles included. The quality of the building was very good, sometimes travelling with a small baby you have concerns about sound travelling but this was not an issue. We felt very safe every evening walking to the shops. Perhaps an extra towel each. With 3 women staying for 6 nights, washing hair etc just would've been helpful.
- Tan (10/5): It was really nice stay. -
- Paul_nz (8/5): We would stay there again. - Great location. Very near excellent restaurants and big grocery stores. Close to Dickson pools and tram into town. Could even walk into CBD if you like a long walk. Good local walks also available. Air con worked well. Nice small private balcony. Generally quiet with just bird sounds and expected and reasonable day time noise from school and shops etc. Cheap and easy uber into CBD. Big parking garage if you have a car. Good washing machine & dryer. Good bathrooms. Big TV. Need own subscriptions if want more than free to air. Wifi seemed fine. Good size apartment. We like the swimming pool if you don't mind it being open to fresh air on one side so water coolish. Not really a lap pool but good to splash around for older kids. We stayed nearly 2 weeks and would return. The beds are both doubles. We prefer a larger bed. But they were both comfortable. The pillows were good, not too puffy and plenty of them. The kitchen worked well for small simple meals.
- Dc (9/5): Great location in Dickson - We didn't need to meet with anyone before, during or after the trip Keys were available from an adjacent suburb, not an issue, and easy to collect, but we were unaware until the day before that we needed to go to a lock box.
- Carlo (3/5): Poor -
- Tim (9/5): Would re-book - Good location, central to nearly everything. Good communication from host. Quiet large apartment.
- Tracy (10/5): Exceptional - Great, comfortable and clean apartment in a very convenient location. Some extra blankets for my 'always freezing' mother - luckily I brought hot water bottles with me just in case 😂
- Nicole (9/5): Fantastic! - Great location, excellent facilities, very clean NA
- Amit (9/5): Awesome time - Great Everything was great
- Toga (10/5): 5 🌟 - We like the situation, and everything is well prepared for the guests. Nil
- Thai (9/5): Superb -
- Robin (10/5): Had a great time in Canberra catching up with family and friends - The apartment was spacious with a full kitchen and large fridge the bedrooms had double beds the master had an en suite complete with a bath a second bathroom serviced the second bedroom. The lounge dining area would accommodate four people with table and chairs and a comfortable lounge that can convert to a sofa bed, there is also a large flat screen TV. The apartment also offers a good size balcony and secure vehicle under ground parking. The check in process was a bit daunting as you had to go to a different address to your units address use a code to gain entry to a container then a second code to access your room key, all this had to be done using an app and members portal. This was quite stressful as an older person not being completely comfortable using the internet or phone apps.
- Scanlan (9/5): Good location, clean apartment will stay again - Location was great, apartment was clean Nothing
- Carly (10/5): Great place to stay - We loved staying here with our 3 young children. There is plenty of space and everything worked perfectly. Property was well presented and very clean and it was most comfortable for a family. The rooms are large and there is plenty of space in the cupboards. The bathroom areas are also large with a double sink and the bath is suitable le for young children. The building is quiet with a mix of holidayers and friendly residents. The location itself is fantastic it was within walking distance to lots of restaurants, and there is a great coffee spot downstairs. The location is a short drive to all Canberra has to offer. We come to Canberra yearly for sport and would love to stay again. To get the key it is a short drive to pick it up. The instructions are easy to follow but it is quite time consuming when you have young children. Allow extra time.
- Garcia (10/5): Exceptional - It’s very clean and safe place.
- Aaron (6/5): Pleasant - Apartment was very clean, functional and comfortable. Nothing negative to say about the living arrangement at all. The collection of the keys was a real pain, especially if you dont pay careful attention to your emails as the key collection is not remotely close to the apartment. Also pool was a bit of a let down as it was not totally indoor as I was lead to believe.
- Deborah (10/5): Definitely Delighted - So clean and new. Great coffee cups and clean glasses, etc. Plenty of washing powder and dishwasher liquid.
There was plenty of shampoo and soap. Huge towels. I personally would have liked a spare towel for long hair.
Nice and quiet. Great common area to walk around and sit. Lovely outdoor and BBQ area up near swimming pool.
Pictures on Here are spot on.
Lots of restaurants and club 1 minute walk.
Close to tram. Having to pick key up from another suburb. Especially when flying in at 9pm.
- Vickers (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lyn (8/5): Nice unit comfortable just a few small issues - We had a problem and the owners acted quickly The curtains in the main bedroom didn’t close properly so in the morning the light came through.
Both bathrooms had a issue with water coming out under the door of the shower leaking past the seal.
The tv has a dark patch in the corner when on.
The air conditioning was difficult as not in English
