• Monica (6/5): Sempre espaco para melhorar. - Gostei da Localização do facto de ter varanda e vista Gostei do facto de ter quarto e sala. O espaço do apartamento muito agradável. O sofa da sala era muito desconfortavel. Muito dificil focar se sentado pois as almofadas escorregavam para o chão. A varanda nao pode ser usada a mesa toda suja e uma das duas cadeiras partida. A sala estava um pouco suja no canto direito quando chegamos. Uma pastilha elastoca e algo entornado no chão. Na casa de banho o bidde entupido. E sem um gancho para pendurar uma unica toalha. No quarto sentimos falta de uma cadeira para apoio.
• Hoarta (6/5): Difficult check in - Close to the meteo + it has a balcony. The streets from the area are dirty (dog poop everywhere). The self check in is hard to follow (even if we did everything right) the system did not work and it added an extra step (getting a actual key from a safety box). As well, to get the information you need to enter the apartmanet, you first have to get to their office (which is very far from the actual place).
• Orduna (4/5): Disappointing - The location was convenient. The bed was broken. The shower is very small. The shower head needed replacement was done during our stay.
• Amelie (10/5): Great location very easy to get around Milan from the property! Bed was comfy. -
• Mitescu (1/5): Disappointing accommodation, I don't recommend it - Bed sheets were looking dirty, as they were not replaced. We contacted the host and she sent us new ones after 2 nights and a ticket to Booking, for which we lost a lot of time on call. We paid late check-in fee 50 EUR, but check-in is automatic, they send you an online access key. Still, they didn't come to fix our issue with the dirty bed sheets. After this awful days of asking clean bed sheets they requested a 10star review. But they didn't accept a claim.
• Barsi (10/5): Overall a good experience - It was in a very convenient place, very close to the metro 1 which goes to all the attractions we wanted to see. The phone application instead of a key worked really well for us. Modern, cosy design. The mattress was very uncomfortable, so soft it shrank down 20cms when I sat on it. Also the shower drain was clogged and the shower kept overflowing. Also definitely designed by a man, there was nowhere to put shampoo and stuff.

• Aleksander (10/5): Beautiful view, comfortable stay. - The host was super lovely and really helpful our whole trip - the apartment had a gorgeous view and was really comfortable. I slept on the sofa bed and it was surprisingly comfy, and my friend said the bedroom was also great. If we come back to Milan we’ll definitely book again! Thank you :)
