• Romana (9/5): - There was tidy and clean,near city centre a near DLR station. Very nice wiev from balcony to Canary Wharf.. The shop with food is opposite the house. Everything was fine. Just one fhing was bad. The bed wasn"t confortable in one bedroom

• Roslyn Cunningham (2/5): Avoid avoid avoid - Not much to be honest Arriving to Apartment area looked very run down , rubbish bins overflowing on both sides of the street . Apartment was dirty ,long black hairs everywhere on bed , in bed on floors in showers , skirting board filthy. I wouldn't let kids walk in their bare feet,.Shower filthy . No hot water the first day and blockage in sink , host was responsive and got it fixed while we were out . However when that was fixed the toilet in the en-suite was rising so we made sure not to put tissue down it. So obviously a big problem with plumbing . Nothing luxurious about this Apartment so advertising is wrong . Friday night loud music coming from an apartment in building but it stopped at 11.30pm. Sat night music played until 12.10 . I text host and no reply . People coming and going from apartment. Neighbours obviously knew someone complained as I heard a man outside my door saying in a SHOUTING "if she wanted to complain why didn't she knock on my door " I was inside with my 2 children afraid in an area i didnt know in my bed clothes. I would have never knocked on a strangers door. I didn't feel safe and I never slept a wink. My children were sleeping on the pullout bed upstairs and i was afraid to leave them alone, pullout bed was broken and was so uncomfortable to sleep in . The music came back on at 1 o'clock in the morning . The host contacted me the next morning but I didn't reply . I could not wait to leave apartment. Host asked us to wash dishes , take bed clothes off . I was afraid to do this as to see what was underneath the sheets . I was right stains on duvets . I didnt want to look anymore as had seen enough !! I tried to look for somewhere else to stay on the Thursday night but we had such a busy schedule that we didn't have time to move with the itinerary we had planned . With a party of 6 and 2 young children it wasn't an easy task . Would I stay here again !! Not if you paid me !!

• mien jiet (7/5): - Generally considered clean, but worn out though. The kettle and kitchen cooking pots all worn out ,should check the condition and replace new one on timely.
• Franziska (8/5): - Schöne Aussicht auf Canary-Wharf. Nutzung der Playstation möglich. Ruhige Umgebung. Trotz 10 -15 Minuten Fußweg bis zur DLR gute Anbindung. Das Beleuchtung könnte besser sein. Etwas mehr Geschirr wäre wünschenswert. Die beiden Bäder in der unteren Etage waren etwas muffig.

• Mariska (7/5): Prima, maar hadden meer verwacht - Locatie was fijn, op 10min. lopen van DLR en tegenover een park. Meerdere kleine en grote supermarkten dichtbij. Grote slaapkamer. Ons bed was kapot, maar hier werd snel op gehandeld door de host. Twee badkamers (en 3 wc's!) was ook erg prettig. Appartement heeft 2 verdiepingen. De kinderen vonden de playstation leuk en fijne, grote tv om te kunnen netflixen. Grote koelkast, ook héél prettig en keuken heel volledig. Vrij lawaaiierig door vliegtuigen. Daarnaast was appartement niet helemaal schoon, vooral in de keukenlaatjes. 'Luxury' zouden we dit appartement niet noemen. De bank was hard en woonkamer klein met 4 personen. Ook afwerking was niet mooi, overal nog verfspetters. We betaalden veel voor dit appartement, hadden daarom iets hogere verwachtingen.
• Linda (7/5): Gute Large aber nicht luxuriös. - In der Unterkunft gab es drei Bäder. Die Large war sehr zentral und es gab eine gute Infrastruktur. Es gab eine Waschmaschine mit Trockner (allerdings kein Waschmittel). Die Türen sind immer zugefallen durch den Selbstchließmechanismus, dadurch war es sehr laut. Die Handtücher waren dreckig und in den Bädern gab es keine Ablagefläche. In den Duschen war das Warmwasser schlecht einzustellen. Außerdem war das Sofa war sehr hart. Nachts war die Nachbarschaft sehr laut und es zog bei offenen Fenster Qualm in die Schlafzimmer rein.

• Martha (10/5): Overall it was a good apartment with additional bed space and kitchen facility was great. - Central to city and cosy place for a family of 4. Just some maintenance to be required like the towel heating in second bathroom wasn’t working but it was still manageable.
• Antoine (10/5): Beautiful and great value for money - Everything about the apartment was great. Lovely location, beautiful and very spacious, comfy beds, clean and the smell was heavenly. The host provided complimentary wine, water, juice and coffee pods for the coffee machine. Walking to the train station takes about 10 minutes and very easy to get to. For what we paid for it, its definitely worth the price. No balcony furnitures. A pair of chairs and a table would have made a difference
• Uyodhuka (10/5): My stay was amazing for the 2 weeks duration. Our kids had an amazing time. The host Timothy was very responsive and hel - The property was a 2 bed 2 bath and 3 toilets so very ideal for our family of 3 adults and 2 kids. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook our meals. The apartment is literally opposite a NISA local supermarket so it was so easy to do all our grocery shopping. LIDL and TESCO is also 3 mins walk from the apartment. Bartlett park playground is just around the corner (about 5 mins walk) with a huge field and playground that was very child friendly. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed it. Nearest DLR station is Westferry which is just less than 10 mins walk from the apartment and gave us access to Stratford and central London within minutes. A few items in the house were not properly fitted in which we informed the host and he agreed to attend to them. Other than that. Everything was okay.
