Guest Reviews
- Elisabeth (7/5): Good stay if you are not picky - Good neighborhood. Bathroom is okay. Big enough for 2 people. We had a good time even though the first night was a little bit sketchy. Very patient and nice host. We arrived very late at the apartment because of our flight. The host was supposed to send us a code to get into the building but we never got it. We had just arrived for the first time in Vietnam so we were a little bit confused on where to go and how to get into the building. We asked for help from the hotel just beside the apartment. We tried a couple of codes which didn't work. Finally a guy (staff) came to us from the other side of the door and did the code. We did not know where or when to pay because there is no reception in the building. It is very much like an airbnb but less organised. We thought booking.com would take money from my credit card, but we had to pay before we left so we got an afterward arrangement with the host and we sent them money over mail 3 days later.
In summary, if this is your first time in Vietnam, I do not recommend. Same if you arrive late in Hanoï. Otherwise very good.
- Thua (1/5): Good by experience, ruined by one man. - The location is confortable for Ha Noi discovering journey. The manager's attitudes toward supporting and asking for money transfers are completely different. The first one was mean and patronizing.
