Sabra (5/5): - We did not get our check-in information, but I believe that it was an honest mistake and when we finally got ahold of someone they were apologetic and helpful. Unfortunately we didn’t get into our room until 00:30, os it was very inconvenient. This is the riak when there is no personell on the premises or nearby.
