• Zoe (10/5): Amazing - Fantastic studio flat. So close to the basilica maybe a 2-5 min walk. Pantheon was only 20 mins. We opened the windows in the day and listened to music and playing. The street it was on was fantastic. The comfiest bed we have ever had! I would 100% recommend this stay

• Melisa (10/5): Volvería a reservarlo! - Departamento muy cómodo, limpio, con cocina y en zona tranquila aunque esté sobre una calle peatonal. La cocina cuenta con anafe, no hay horno ni microondas y como simple mejora deberían agregar un colador de pastas para no tener que hacer malabares 😅

• Ana (10/5): - L’host è stato gentilissimo e nonostante l’orario di check-in fosse un altro ha fatto in modo di farci entrare prima per soddisfare la nostra richiesta.

• Eufrasio (10/5): Amazing Stay! - The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need. The location is great and it is very easy to nail public transport, having a good offer of lines that access the apartment. Felipe was a great host. We had a small problem with WI-FI, and he soon prepared to solve it!🙏🏽 Sometimes was too loud outside, but you can’t control it😊

Evin olduğu küçədə çoxlu restoranlar var idi. Hamam heç yaxşı deyildi. Qapılar yox idi və duş almaq istəyəndə hər yer su olurdu. Yeri silim desen onun üçün də nəsə yox idi. İsti su anında bitirdi. 5 dəqiqə vaxtın ancaq olurdu duş almaq üçün. Sonra su soyuyurdu. Ümumiyyətlə hamamı yeniləmələri lazımdı. Kondisioner işləyirdi amma hardasa problem var idi suyu evə dolurdu. Biz payızda getdiyimiz üçün hava yaxşı idi amma bir iki dəfə lazım oldu onda da hər yer su oldu. Küçə mərkəzi küçə olduğu üçün ses küylü yerdi. Ancaq Hər yer bağlanandan sonra pəncərəni açıb başını dincəlmək olur. Yoxsa mümükün deyil.

• Soraya (1/5): Overall, this apartment was very overpriced for the poor service and quality provided. I would not recommend it. - The location is good Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price Our experience at this apartment was extremely underwhelming, and the quality was far below expectations given the price. • The apartment materials were of very poor quality, making the entire space look cheap. • There was no door in the shower, which caused the bathroom floor to flood every time we used it. • Hot water was insufficient—barely enough for two people, even for short showers. • We stayed for six days, and there was no housekeeping service provided, not even to change the towels or bed sheets during our stay. • The kitchen was unpleasant to use, and we didn’t feel comfortable even making a simple cup of coffee. • We also found mould in the shower area, which was unacceptable. • The shower gel and shampoo dispensers were empty upon arrival, showing a lack of attention to detail.

• Zuzanna (7/5): Awesome location and contact with owner. Nice place with some things to change to make it better. - The biggest advantage is a location! We were walking everywhere on foot, we felt safe and there are many restaurants on the street (check Google reviews, some of them are not worth trying but for example Rione XIV Bistrot is amazing!!). We were sleeping with open windows and the noise from the street wasn't bothering us. Second biggest advantage is contact with owner via Booking or Whatsapp! It was so easy to communicate in every situation. We asked for iron and ironing board and they were waiting for us in the apartment (although we needed to buy an adapter of iron to work). Bravo for very good pillows! The bed was a little too soft for us but we just like it very hard, anyway we had good sleep during whole stay. Apartment was clean when we arrived. The kitchen was very well equipped - almost everything that you need to cook, eat and drink (including salt). 1. I said almost everything that you need to cook, because the colander for pasta for missing :( It was also mentioned in one older review here. It was hard for me to drain pasta or rice. Apart from that, everything ok. 2. The electric socket near AC - it was dangerous, was giving bad noise and it was hard to turn on the AC. It needs to be changed for sure!! 3. Shower - old and damaged shower base and shower with visible stains from running water. We were using flip-flops all times. There were no shower doors - the owner said that he is waiting for delivery of new (but now I see the review from March also mentioning that..). The washbasin is too shallow or the tap is too high, I don't know but the water was splashing a lot. 4. I would get rid of the TV, we never use it when we travel and here it was in weird place - very close to the bed and you needed to bend to pass it and not hit it to get to your side of the bed.

• Henri (7/5): Good - Nice quiet flat with enough space for two people, nearby the Vatican, we could walk all around Rome from the appartment. The quality of the bed is very good, and the heating is working well. The kitchen is not very furnished if you want to cook (fridge is very noisy, two old pans, not very clean plates). Most of all, I had to send lot's of message asking for my invoice, for finally getting a NO for an answer, which is very problematic for me for such a pricy appartment.
