• Dorian (1/5): Stark verdreckte Unterkunft mit Schimmel im Bad. - Die Lage, welche wir aber aufgrund des Zustandes der Unterkunft nicht nutzen konnten. Die Unterkunft war in einem so schlechten zustand, dass wir nach knapp 15 Minuten wieder gefahren sind und eine andere Unterkunft ind er Nähe gebucht haben. Aber die Lage wäre an sich gut... Wir sind am Check-in-Tag in der Unterkunft angekommen und haben diese stark verdreckt sowie teilweise beschädigt und nur für 2 (statt wie gebucht für 3) Personen vorbereitet vorgefunden. Es gab Schimmel im Bad und in der Waschmaschine, es war insgesamt äußerst dreckig. Die Armaturen im Bad waren sehr stark verdreckt und die Badmöbel beschädigt sowie teilweise aufgequollen. Die Bettwäsche war verdreckt, der Teppich verschmutzt, das Sofa dreckig und abgenutzt, die Fenster waren teilweise so stark verschmutzt, dass man kaum hindurchsehen konnte, und die Wände waren zerkratzt und verschmutzt. Das alles war für die Nutzung mit einem 10-jährigen Kind nicht geeignet, sodass wir die Unterkunft unverzüglich wieder ungenutzt verlassen haben. Wir mussten uns eine neue Unterkunft in der Nähe buchen. Wir haben den Vermieter mehrfach deswegen angeschrieben und auf den nicht tragbaren Zustand hingewiesen. Zusätzlich haben wir später um eine kostenlose Stornierung gebeten. Der Vermieter hat auf keine Nachricht reagiert. Wir haben den Zustand der Unterkunft mit zahlreichen Fotos dokumentiert und versuchen seit einem Monta vergeblich dies mit Booking.com zu klären.

• olivier (6/5): Haut de gamme mais service pas à la hauteur - Plein centre ville, bon niveau équimement. Standing de l'appartement. Pas de réactivité à nos questions (pas de réponse). Un seul grand lit king size alors que nous étions 3 personnes (clairement précisé dans notre réservation). Inacceptable, notre fille a dormis sur le canapé sans drap et sans lit.
• Bernhard (6/5): Schlechter Service, Vermieter reagierte nicht - Schönes Appartement, gute Lage Wir hatten für 3 Personen gebucht. Für die 3. Person war nichts vorbereitet obwohl ich vorher nachfragte wo die 3. Person schlafen wird. Es gab es kein Bettbezug, keine Handtücher. Am Tisch zum Essen hatten wir auch nur 2 Stühle. Nur ein Weinglas, keine Teelöffel, kein Lappen und Geschirrtücher für Küche. Auf mehrere Mails an den Vermieter, erhielten wir bis zu unserer Abreise nach einer Woche lang keine Antwort. Service gleich null...
• Robert (7/5): Acceptable - The location is very close to the points of interests. The washer and dryer were not working. The unit needs to improve its aesthetics. It is not as clean and prestine as in the photos.

• Guest (1/5): Never again, Dishonest owner ! - Water outage throughout the entire apartment for more than 10 hours. It was impossible to use the toilet or the shower during that time (35° outside). The landlord had been informed few days before but he chose not to tell us. Multiple requests for compensation were made, but the landlord never responded. The cleaning needs to be reviewed; there were a lot of crumbs around the central island in the kitchen and under the bed it's simply disgusting. Moreover, the apartment lacks brightness in the bathroom and the kitchen/dining room. The apartment is far too expensive for a camping-like experience.

• Lisa (8/5): Great stay for a short trip to Toronto! - Great location and great apartment with a nice view! It had everything we needed and we would definitely recommend this apartment. When we arrived the host messaged us via email instead of the booking messaging, which was inconvenient because I did not have access to my email account abroad, only the booking.com app. Also: the apartment seems to be in frequent use, the stove top was broken on one corner (still worked though) and there were some damages to the floor. It’s a nice apartment but could use a little remodeling (bathroom silicone could be renewed for example).

• Johanna (10/5): If I go back to visit Toronto I will definitely stay in this unit. - I liked everything about this unit. Everything was fantastic. If there was one thing that could have been better it would be the water pressure from the shower but it was not a big deal to us.

• Marian (7/5): If not for the middle of the night fire alarm, our stay would have been excellent. - The location of this condo is excellent. There are numerous restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores in the area. Many attractions are within walking distance. The condo is located on the 24th floor. At 1:00 am the fire alarm went off. We gathered our things together and walked down 24 floors. Just before 2:00 am the fire crews left and the security guard informed us that the elevators would not be operational for as many as 3 hours. We walked up 24 floors and were back in the apartment just after 2:00 am. At 2:35 am the fire alarm sounded again. We did not evacuate.

• Sana (8/5): Excellent 1 bed condo in the heart of Downtown, would stay again! - Excellent location in Downtown, walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Check in was very easy. The included parking spot was also very convenient. The unit needs a bit of maintenance. The shower was a little dingy. It would be nice if they would add some black out curtains in the bedroom as the sun beams through during the day.
• Doyeon (8/5): Very good - The property looked exactly same as the pictures It will be great if they have a curtain. There was no blinds and curtains in the living room, but the distance between the buildings were close, so it was little bother to stay when we turned on the light

• Peter (9/5): Excellent three night stay in central Toronto! - Location (close to entertainment district) balcony was excellent, big windows with lots of natural light, good floor plan/ layout. Reasonable nightly rate. Smaller living space, small island, small bedroom… but all in all more than manageable for two people.

No cable TV - had to buy an over the air antenna to watch the Stanley Cup on TV. Bathroom sink drains very slowly. Kitchen faucet / spout is loose or broken.
