• Kristina (10/5): - Amazing location, easy check in and very spacious apartment! The only thing missing were paper towels in the kitchen and a kitchen towel but this is negligible
• Barbara (5/5): - Apartament był czysty i ładny. Bardzo głośno, słychać wszystkie odgłosy z ulicy, tramwaje, samochody, nie dało się spać. Mieszkanie bardzo akustyczne, słychać każdy krok, wodę w łazience. Brak w wyposażeniu choćby kilku torebek herbaty, lub kapsułek kawy, ściereczki. Brudne kanapy w salonie. Zepsuta okiennica w sypialni. Po kąpieli jednej osoby nie było już ciepłej wody.
• Ture (6/5): Apart from the dirty couches and duvets, it was good - Spacious and comfortable. We were 5 people. There were enough beds and sheets & towels &soap&shampoo and hot water. Coffee machines and kitchen equipment. Close to city center. The couches were very very dirty. There were even little bugs on the blue couch. And the duvets had blood stains on them. Washing machine has mold in the lid rubber so we couldn’t wash our clothes. There was no washing machine pods ( neither for dish& clothes) but we asked for it and the admin provided , thanks.
• Selene (4/5): Una occasione persa in nome del risparmio. - La posizione centrale e la bellezza dello stabile, un condominio super signorile e molto verde. La scarsa pulizia di tutto l'appartamento; water scuri sul fondo e molto poco profumati; divano bianco pieno di macchie; un bagno con evidenti segni di una grossa bruciatura sul pavimento e sulla porta, peraltro privo di tende e quindi inservibile se non a serrande abbassate; il balcone della cucina utilizzato come discarica; non una spugnetta né uno strofinaccio per la detersione di stoviglie e sanitari; accendigas rotto; il divano letto (?) allestito per due persone in modo assolutamente approssimativo. Dulcis in fundo: una finta stella di Natale impolveratissima magnificamente collocata nell'ingresso per accogliere gli ospiti in pieno luglio.

• Robert (9/5): Lovely apartment at a great location. - Location, very spacious and had everything we needed. Would be helpful to have perhaps a folder with information on the water heater and expectations regarding rubbish disposal. We accidentally turned off the water heater after the first day while trying to work out light switches. Were also unsure what waste needed to be separated out at communal bins.
• Elizabeth (7/5): Good location but very basic. - Good location close to Metro and a supermarket on the corner. Very secure. Light and spacious but furnishings not up to the standard expected of the price. No instructions on how to use any of the equipment especially the air conditioning, which was essential. Grubby couch covering and mattress protector on double bed. No welcome pack of coffee pods or tea bag to make arrival pleasant.Didn’t expect to have to buy dishwasher tablets or detergent for washing machine to use them.Main shower drain blocked on arrival.

• Abbie (9/5): Superb - The apartment was very spacious and clean. Lovely area, close to shops and trams, and short walk to metro. Beds were comfortable and has everything you need. Could benefit from having some washing up liquid to wash up and maybe some basics like tea bags, or coffee.
• Corina (10/5): very nice, would book again - very big apartment, a lot of space, 2 bathrooms & showers some areas were a little bit dusty and the ceramic floor was a bit cold, but if you take indoor shoes with you you should be fine :)

• Jenny (9/5): Very comfortable stay - Cortivo house sent me details and instractios how to open the front door and the door of the appartment. they answer me back immediatly when a had a question for the instractions. I like the building very much. It is a classy bluilding. Very safe with guard all the day. The appartment is so big ( i could not imagine that we can found so big appartment in the central of Milan). with 2 bathrooms! Very convenient for 5 people. Εxcellent temperature inside the house, we did not get cold at all with 4 -6 degrees outside and always hot water. comfortable and large sofas and good mattresses on the beds. 100 meters away there is super market. And 200 meters away is the stop of tram 16 for the center and Duomo. I also like the neighborhood Some things need to be fixed like: The switches and lights Tha shutters do not work in all the rooms. There must be soap in the kitchen and the bathroom

Taking the water in the floor out towards the corridor. This fault must be solved
