Sini (3/5): Good location, bad customer service - Location, not much noise from traffic was heard No sign in the street visible, you just have to know where you are going. Bed mattress was way too soft for an adult to sleep. There was a window but only concrete wall could be seen from the window, so not nice. AC unit was quite noisy and fridge kept high pitching sound. No electric outlet bedside and others in the middle of the wall in inconvenient places. We arrived nearly midnight for our multi night stay, cash payment was requested immediately upon arrival. I kindly asked that we would like to see the room first before paying and suggested that we would pay the reservation next day while we had the chance to withdraw more money from ATM. At that point I wanted to pickup water and some snack from 7 eleven and sleep. Travel companion had a fever and we had already a long day behind us. Paying the whole stay immediately effectively meant giving nearly all our cash for the receptionist. In most places where I have stayed multiple nights paying in the next day would not have been an issue but here it seemed to be a big problem. They suggested giving our passports for them to hold. I was not happy about the solution and felt that this is not a correct way to treat customers. I ended up paying the stay and gave away all our cash. Then went to look for an atm in the middle of the night to get enough cash to buy water and snacks. All in all very bad experience.

Cassie (7/5): Not bad - Location is decent only 15 min walk to Saigon centre Room was clean Has full kitchen / sofa / tv ect Get in and out by using your thumb print and it worked every time Quiet location, shop just on the corner Hosts weren’t very helpful, didn’t speak much English and not talkative in general Room didn’t look as good as photos, worn and dated a bit No views from window just a wall

Carolina (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, especially because it is in a side street, which is not as messy as the surrounding ones (and HCMC can be very messy!). Really nice receptionist! The accommodation was even bigger than expected.
