• Christoph (9/5): Preis - Leistung Top, - Die Lage ist sehr Ruhig. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich, antwortet sehr schnell, geht auf anliegen ein. 5 Min gehzeit zur U-Bahn top. Bad und WC sind schlicht gehalten haben aber alles was man braucht. Würde wieder hin fahren.

This is a very well-maintained property, designed for maximum comfort of the guests other than for monetary convenience. 2. Cleanliness. A housekeeper is in attendance on a daily basis & full attention is paid to every single detail. 3. Amenities. From the kitchen to the bathrooms, every amenity - cooking utensils, tableware, fridge, dining table, beverages, washing machine, drier, towels, etc. are readily available & accessible. 4. Management. Always accessible, responsive, friendly & helpful. They seem to have mastered the quality of customer care. Guests are treated like members of the family. 5. Location. Proximity to everything essential: public transport; shops; restaurants; pubs; etc. Nothing at all

El tema del baño compartido no es complciado como uno lo piensa. Un poco de ruido por las noches en la llegada de los demas inquilinoss, peero eso depende de quienes se hospeden. • Anastasios (6/5): Μέτρια - Το θετικό με το κατάλυμα ήταν πως ήταν πραγματικά 4-5 λεπτά από το μετρό! Αυτό που δεν ήταν ωραίο στο κατάλυμα ήταν πως τα δωμάτια ήταν παλιά μέσα και τα κρεβάτια όχι τα πιο άνετα. Το βασικότερο όμως ήταν πως για 5 διαφορετικά δωμάτια με πόσους καλεσμένους (εμείς ήμασταν 5 άτομα) υπήρχαν μόνο 2 κοινόχρηστα μπάνια. Γεγονός που έκανε την αναμονή μεγάλη πολλές φορές. Επίσης όταν υπάρχουν μόνο δύο μπάνια για τόσα άτομα, θα έπρεπε να υπάρχει και η κατάλληλη καθαριότητα μέσα στην μέρα. Σίγουρα δεν υπήρχε με αποτέλεσμα τα μπάνια να ήταν βρώμικα αρκετά. Η βαθμολογία μπαίνει καθαρά για την τοποθεσία και επιεικώς για τον ευγενικό οικοδεσπότη που μας κατατόπισε πως να βρούμε το δωμάτιο και πώς να κάνουμε τσεκ ιν.

Showers are good, washing machine with products provided, decent enough kitchen to cook... Clean, comfy and really good engagement from the team on all points. I would stay here again (*short visit only 3/4 days max), put it that way. 🤷 I had the garden room (*outside), with only toilets in the house so you have to deal with weather etc if you get up in the night. Other than that... Good enough for me. 🤙

Même après le passage de la femme de ménage, la salle de bain restait sale (poussière, cheveux, poils, calcaire, urine sur les toilettes). Personnel désageable qui ne dit pas bonjour qui demande à quitter le logement avant l’heure du check out. L’hôte ne répond uniquement qu’aux messages qui concernent le check in et le check out et ne répond pas aux messages qui l’interpellent poliment quant à l’hygiène du logement.

Had to ask a kind lady on the street to help. The address given was NOT the actual address. We had to call to find the real address. When I asked why, owner said that it was for protection. This was disturbing, & most inconvenient. If I hadn't met the helpful woman with a local cell, I never would have found it! This needs to be changed. Didn't want to spend the night out on the street.

Only feedback would be the lock may need changing as it was challenging to open and lock perhaps for the annex it would be nice to provide a mirror and also the TV bracket needs refitting as it only had 2 screws just to make the TV secure. And perhaps to provide bath mats in the showers.

• Harvey (8/5): Great property and communication ensured our needs were met, clean room and was secure. Would recommend definitely as a - Comfy beds, secure locks on rooms, smart tv provided. Exceptional service and communication with the property regarding early check ins and instructions on gaining access. All queries were answered very quickly and kindly. We were there to stay for the darts so the short walk to Alexandra Palace and vicinity to Wood Green tube station was perfect. Would stay again. Thanks to all and to Jason for a great stay! Thin walls meant could hear other guests arriving late at night but was not a big issue at all. Otherwise all good!
