Will book direct with Peppers next time as I haven't had any issues on prior stay. - Location excellent - peppers staff excellent The apartment did not have a functioning out door shade blind which meant we had to leave the apartment during the heat of the afternoon or lower the indoor blind and lose the view we paid for. Exteremely poor communication/resolution as took 48 hours for a response as to why the blind wasn't operational to then be told the remote was removed by the owners as little kids swing on it? We had a booking of 6 adults?? Filthy outdoor couch which we had to clean on arrival.
