• Maycon (8/5): Best location ever - Location is great, right in the heart of San Marco and within walking distance from the main attractions. Perfect for those staying for a short period which was my case The room is on the 5th floor so the stairs may be very difficult if you’re brining luggage or are an elderly. The way up gets very narrow and steep as you reach the 2nd floor. It was a great workout though lol

• Baram (9/5): Cute and tiny apartment in the heart of Venice! - Very clean and unique apartment in the heart of Venice. It was close to everything. The host Rebecca was very welcoming and responsive. She even made a reservation for us to a nice local restaurant on a holiday when all good places were packed. Definitely would consider staying there again. We didn’t mind climbing to the 5th floor but it may not be easy for older or someone with kids. Also, keep in mind that this place is cute but super tight inside.

• Gwyn (8/5): Amazing location and very clean; difficult to find initially and communication from host could have been more timely. - The location couldn’t be better. You are truly 5 minutes away from St. Mark’s Square and in the heart of Venice. Being in such a convenient location allowed us to maximize our time in Venice - we could leave and quickly be where we wanted to go, and we could easily return mid-day if we wanted a break from the crowds. The apartment was spotless and there were many thoughtful amenities such as slippers, chilled water and Prosecco, and body lotion. Whenever booking an apartment rather than a hotel, there is an expectation of both the facilities as well as communication from the host. Communication was highly problematic, and stared our trip on a very negative note. When looking up the address, be aware that google maps will send you to a very different location from Apple Maps. After arriving in the area noted by google maps, we reached out to the host to share that we were in the area, but couldn’t quite figure out the location of the exact address. At 12:49 the host asked if we had arrived and at 12:52 we sent a photo of where we were and asked for further assistance. After sending 3 more messages and making a phone call - all without response, we looked at Apple Maps and at 1:17pm told the host that there appeared a difference in the maps and that we would begin walking toward the location noted in Apple Maps. Over the next half hour we sent three additional messages and called again, asking for assistance. Throughout this entire time, we could see via WhatsApp that our messages were being both delivered and read. The host finally responded at 1:49 pm, saying that he had been having lunch, which is why he didn’t respond. What is hard to comprehend is that he was in communication with us just 3 minutes before our first request for help and ignored multiple messages and two phone calls. After much frustration, we finally arrived at 2:23 pm. While the numbers of stairs wasn’t a problem, they are of varying sizes and quite narrow (both in the width of the step and the actual tread) and quite deep in places, making for a slightly precarious navigation. The ceilings in the stairwell are also of varying heights, causing one of us to bash our head quite severely. This isn’t the fault of the apartment rental, but we share this to make others aware.

• Anna (8/5): Fantastic location and very comfortable apartment. - Lovely newly renovated apartment in a fantastic location. The kitchen was really well stocked so we were able to cook some meals. It was a good size too! Only thing was the floors in the living room are very uneven (much of Venice is sinking) so it was almost a little dizzying walking around in there. But otherwise the stay was excellent!

Nice flat - despite the 4th floor with out lift - the flat was new and super clean and close - Very clean property very close to the St Marc square with 2 large beds ideal for family of 4 - amenities were provided like some coffee and teas and sugar etx Located in the 4th floor without lift and with narrow stairs typical of local properties I guess. The admin was unresponsive or late in responses most times witg 4 hour reply time. But otherwise very polite.

• Indrė (10/5): The apartment is very cosy, though quite small. But it is enough space for you to stay comfortably. - The location of the apartment is really very good, though it is not so easy to find the door. Nothing doing, such is Venice. Can't think of any serious minuses.
