- Owen (1/5): Very very disappointed - It was clean Landlords were rude, after about an hour and a half of phoning them they finally answered the phone and were clearly drunk and started cursing at me. The reason we had phoned them was because they hadn’t given us a building number and the wrong pin to the lockbox outside the property. The exact same had happened to another family who were staying which we tried to help out to the same result. If I could rate 0 I would, avoid at all costs

- Yimin (1/5): It’s a terrible experience for my staying the hotel. - From earlier morning of next day to our leave, there is no water in the room. We asked for litres of water for brushing teeth, washing face and hands and simply cleaning toilet, but no response from property. During our stay, there is no wifi. We asked again and again, but no help from property.
- Ashok (6/5): Avoidable accommodation - Place was really clean The place is difficult to trace as correct and full address was not given.The phone number given did not pick up for 20 minutes, we kept searching. It was 2.30 in afternoon. Then we made what's app call which was also not picked. He ultimately send a message as to how he can help. Gave the correct address and code on what's app. We were about to go and check in to a hotel and report fraud. I have never had such an experience with Booking.com from last 7 to 8 years of regular booking

- Kirsika (8/5): Just a short stroll from the main intrest points. - Check in time was flexible. I liked the smoothness the self check in and out system. Rooms were very clean and even though we arrived when the cleaning staff was still there we were able to leave our bags and go to discover the city. The apartment is very close to many points of interest and some great pubs. The heating was good and beds comfy. They forgot to leave a sheet for the pull out couch and when we started to prapare for bedtime host did not answer anymore. :( It was dificult to figure out how the shower system works.
