• Anneli (6/5): Kort besök på ön för att kunna gå ombord på kryssningsfartyg - Flera badrum/toaletter, rent och fint. Tråkigt att behöva betala taxi för att ta sig från incheckningskontoret till huset.
• Tara (7/5): Property was good, but only 4 towels for 4 days for 4 people. Gave us wrong keys and we locked out for an hour. - Location That you have to go to another place to pick up keys. Given wrong key and had to wait an hour for right ones to be delivered. Needs more towels, no broom to clean up. Pool needed to be cleaned badly.
• Michael (1/5): Disgusting Place topped only by the low water pressure and the absence of hot water. - Nothing. Fecal stains on the wall. Sticky surfaces and a thief inviting main door.(it had gaps big enough to open it forcefully without tools)

• Anders (5/5): Value for money when travelling on a budget - This is a value for money stay. It's not really close to anything and basic, but to a really good price! Suggest to have access to car or scooter! It is a good solution for travel on a budget. I rented as scooter a few days which was great, and averaged 18000 steps every day. Control to the aircon unit did not work and did not get fixed. An electric outlet were just sticking out of the wall. Basic fixes that should be done!

• Alejandra (7/5): Bien - El anfitrión muy atento, Stanley acudió a nuestros llamados La cama era muy precaria, la playa en ese lugar no es bonita, pero es de fácil acceso a los buses que te llevan a playas bonitas.
• anouk (6/5): très bien pour le rapport qualité prix. - c'est juste à côté d'un Burger King et d'un KFC donc c'est très pratique pour dépanner. c'était assez moderne, il y avait plusieurs terrasse dans la maison, les bus juste à côté et assez régulièrement. Il y avait des petits restaurants/bars à 15min à pied et le marché à 30 minutes mais on peut aussi aller en bus. pour récupérer les clés on a dû aller à un hotel pas loin mais ils nous ont dis que les clés était à la maison et quand on est arrivé à la maison il n'y avait rien et 20 minutes plus tard quelqu'un est arrivé avec les clés mais ne savait même pas ouvrir la porte... ça commençait pas au top. La cuisine et le salon était très petit et ne rassemblait pas au photo mais c'était quand même moderne. J'avais vu des commentaires qui disaient qu'un micro-onde était cassé, c'est toujours le cas et il n'y a pas de passoire donc bon courage pour égoutter des pâtes par exemple ! Le wifi est très très très nul, il ne fonctionne que dans une chambre et c'est très lent, le wifi gratuit du Burger King d'à côté fonctionne beaucoup mieux... l'emplacement est juste à côté de la plage certes, mais il faut voir la tête de la plage (c'est un vieux port et avec des bateaux rouillés) après il y a beaucoup de bus pour bouger on est juste jamais allé à cette plage. Il faudrait simplement mettre une meilleure wifi, les bonnes photos sur le site, mieux organisé l'arrivée, changer le micro-ondes et mettre une passoire pour que ça soit mieux.

Mancata comunicazione tra gli addetti ed necessario effettuare il check-in presso un’altra struttura. Cosa che però non viene mai comunicata nei messaggi che ti inviano.

• HAMZA (6/5): شقة جميلة بحاجة الى سرير جديد - الموقع جيد والغرفة واسعة ومطبخ جميل ومسبح في الخلف نظيف السرير قديم جدا . والفرشة عمرها عشرات السنين يخرج منها الرفصات اي الرصورات لتدخل في الجسم وتسبب الم . وفي الخارج عمال يعملون من الصباح حتى ساعة متأخرة من الليل مع صوت مكنات البناء وصوت الموسيقى المرتفع .

• Matthew (1/5): Very bad it looked like a drug House. The pictures should be taken down.I have more pictures also that place needs a lot - the AC I have pictures to show but can’t load them. The property was really bad holes in was sheetrock falling down frontdoor didn’t lock properly big gap in door .Pool was disgusting couldn’t even use it.Beds we’re horrible springs popping through mattress in the living room. The couch was so bad we had to sit on pillows. The springs were coming through the couch.The tv the only thing we got was Netflix the Internet was so slow. It was hard to watch a movie. It kept buffering.. the next-door neighbors had the music on very loud till 34 in the morning very hard to sleep.Check in was horrible. Had to get the front door key at a different place then order a taxi to get to six Ferguson.

• Lisa (5/5): Disappointing and old - The pool was great and I like the layout of the room. I enjoyed the taxi and excursion recommendations. The rest was quite disappointing. From extremely loud AC, having to lift the door to close it which still left a gap, to a construction that they said had nothing to do with them but was actually inside my gate itself. The communication with the reception was poor and very slow. Overall was disappointing.
• Janet (5/5): The local beach is ok but not kept clean. I filled a garbage bag with people’s refuse every day! The location is easy ac - The property service man Stanley was a very good man. He responded to every request and emergency (rats) immediately. I don’t know why the property was not maintained in the first place. It took 3 days to get rid of the rats. It is a bit run down. When I got there the pool was dirty. The furniture is older. The sofas very uncomfortable as were some of the beds. The bathroom cupboard was falling apart. Lamps were broken. There are plaster issues around the door. The dinning furniture is home made and very rustic. The outside property has a rat problem.

Nearby is a rarely visited beach, a bar with healthy food and delicious juices, bus stops that take you to all beaches for $ 1.50, everything is close to the tourist center with local attractions, bars, restaurants. The pool is cleaned every day. The apartment is clean, the hosts are nice and helpful. The downside to the location is the lack of a grocery store in the immediate vicinity and poor WiFi coverage, which did not work by the pool and was generally weak.

• Kristopher (7/5): Though I’d say the cost was fairly decent; the value is questionable given the amount of issues we had. Owners/Team - The property was centrally located, near food places and spacious. The team was very responsive and maintenance was quick. Pool was clean and enjoyable and was in a safe area. Unfortunately, every day we were there we had an issue. Whether it was with the power, the appliances/kitchen or the air conditioning. We had to contact the maintenance team constantly and made the experience less quite negative as we had to continually communicate the issues we had with the accommodations, making things quite uncomfortable. It made us feel like anything on the property could break at any moment.
• Shanelle (7/5): Overall with the one exception, I had a good stay. I appreciated the quietness in the area. - I did enjoy my stay, it was peaceful. And the host made sure I had all the information I requested from her to get around. Anything else I needed was provided fairly urgent. I was expecting to use the pool a couple times during my stay, however the pool area wasn't clean at all.
• Christine (1/5): DONT BOTHER!!! - The location and that is all 1. Smelled like paint workers were leaving as we were checked in. Waited at a different location to get keys and was there well over an hour waiting 2. TV was off the wall and on the table we were told we needed to wait for the guy to come put it up and the AC in one of the rooms was not working. TV never came and there also was no TVs in the bedrooms. AC guy came only to tell us he didn’t have the part and it would be the next day 3. Slider doors didn’t open when we went to open the door and move the curtain the whole thing came down as there was no ends on the rods 4. Shower curtain rod fell on it’s on and we couldn’t get it opened because of rust 5. The couches were hard as a rock!! 6. Dog barking every morning at 6am 7. Maintenance guy cleaning pool as the sun was coming up. I literally thought someone was swimming as loud as he was. 8. We thought we were getting a 2 bedroom but there was another room basically in the attic with a super narrow staircase and very dangerous and the second to top stair is closer and on guest stubbed their toe every dang time going up there. I looked at the overall score when booking this….i really wished I read the reviews as most people are saying all the same thing and booking.com should really consider not working with them!

• John (3/5): Could have been a lot nicer, if not for the accomodation and the extra money I had to pay, unfairly - Location ok. spacious. nice pool. Judy was nice so were the workers lots of upkeep needed. I had proof that I paid for the 3 story townhouse but they first put me in a small studio and then charged me an extra $30 per night to move to the unit I had originally chosen. no control for the AC in the master bedroom, the fan didn't work either. lots of small repairs needed. corkscrew was broken and I spilled wine on my sister trying to open with knife. toilet loose on its base. Chairs around the pool were flimsy or broken. The entrance door did not lock.Bad toaster, pot cover with missing handle, no plugs for sinks, lots of small deficiencies.

• Shalese (5/5): I would not book this location only because of all the issues. - It was close to the carnival and fish fry. It’s a nice place and the location was great however It was hot the A.C did not work , we have to call for maintenance staff to come fix a leak in the downstairs A.C , the shower in one of the restrooms was stop up, the maintenance man had to come back to the house to fix it. And the refrigerator smell like fish. We were not given any compensation for any of the problems.

• Mansour (6/5): Pleasant - The property was in a good location to get to many things. The bus was easily accessible and restaurants were easy to get to. The beds were not very comfortable and the bathroom is extremely small.

Also felt unsafe. - The swimming pool The house smelt bad, the cooker didn’t work, water pressure was bad, main door didn’t close properly, beds where uncomfortable and falling apart, nails poking out of the wooden stairs, very bad wifi, downstairs bathroom didn’t close and no contact with host until last day.

It wasn’t super functional and needed some upgrades as there was a leak from the upstairs unit into my unit that wasn’t fixed despite reporting.

• Dino (5/5): Very noisy day and night. - The pool was nice and the property was clean. Location is right next to a main road - it’s very noisy 24-7, and the neighbouring property is some kind of timber yard and they were using chainsaws and other machinery during the day which was also extremely noisy. The property was basic.
