• Anastasiia (10/5): Great value for money! - The location is good, there are some small shops and cafes nearby The flat itself is big and comfortable with fridge, a small cooker, tea kettle. The washing machine is downstairs The owner was in touch through WhatsApp all the time and answered all our questions
• Iveta (4/5): Nečistota - Lednice Pokoj nevypadal špatně, ale všechno bylo špinavé, poličky a kterých stalo nádobí snad nebyly nikdy umyté. Dvířka u kuchyňské linky nesmíte otevírat, jinak vám zůstanou v ruce, matrace na posteli byla měkká, takže nepohodlná, koupelna byla příšerná, baterie a sprcha snad nikdy nebyla umytá, koupelna špinavá celkově, chybí háčky, není kam pověsit ručníky, zdi v pokoji opadavaji, rozbitá podlaha. Pokoj nemusí být krásný a luxusní, ale měl by být pro zákazníky čistý. 🙈🙈🙈

• Marivily (5/5): - Really nice people, helped us a lot and you can also do laundry for free. The room is supposed to be for 4 people but there’s only one twin bed and then one sleeps on the floor and one sleeps on a weird bed that is not a bed and is very uncomfortable also

• Cristina (8/5): Excellent value for money - Communication with the host was easy and smooth, even though we never met in person. The room had everything we needed, and the area was quiet yet quite close to the center, with plenty of options for eating out. A big plus was being able to use the building’s washer and dryer free of charge. The shared kitchen was also very convenient for making tea or preparing something quick. Overall excellent value for money. On the downside, the apartment was on the third floor with no elevator, so going up and down in the heat was exhausting. Also, the facilities in the unit we stayed in were a bit worn out, especially the bathroom.

• Marie (8/5): Lovely apartment but noisy until late at night - This apartment is great value for money. I loved the neighborhood away from the touristic streets and yet close to vegan restaurants, shops, pharmacy etc. Quiet alley and no street noise at night. It's apparent that the hosts invested quite a bit in furnishing it and making it very comfortable for guests. I appreciated that the AC had a heating function because it was necessary at night. Large, modern fridge and freezer, huge closet with plenty of hangers. It was perfectly clean. The blanket was way too thin even when folded and used as a double layer. An extra blanket would go a long way and could save electricity used by the heating. The biggest issue is the noise coming from three sources inside this residential building. The perks of living with locals do come with downsides that, for the most part, are out of the control of the host. 1) the constant use of the (communal) washing machine and dryer in the stairwell, even at night. 2) the beeping sound of the motion sensor lights installed in the stairwell, audible until the very very last person in the building has gone to sleep which was sometimes way past 1am. 3) the neighbours next door who have a little child who screams all day and, again, until way past midnight. I suggested they'd soundproof the door to the apartment because I reckon that most European travellers won't be used to this level of noise and will lose sleep over it.
• Dan (9/5): Superb - Very Quiet place, Open plan with really good facilities. Not to far from the old quarter. Comply and spacious. Maybe a tv would complete the package, but would certainly recommend Shower not great. couldn't get the hot water going
